Review 1：everything was great here, the staff, the rooms, the customer service, the shuttle took us to any restaurant we wanted to go to, the breakfast was amazing, great facilities. no complaints at all.

Review 2：The front desk was very personable and so was the airport driver. Offered to drive us to dinner and gave us suggestions of the area. Nice to have a few cocktails and not worry about driving.

Review 3：I guess I expected more from a Best Western hotel. Building old, dumpy looking. Stayed on first floor near an exit, had no security door, anyone could walk into the building!!

Review 5：The location of the hotel was great because it was near the highway. It was also near CVS, a gas station, and there were plenty of food options. Once in the hotel we didn't have to go through the front when we came in late so we didn't disturb anyone else.

Review 7：Facility is in need of some repair, especially the bathroom. The walls are paper thin; could hear every word from the room next door. At 4:00 AM the family across the hall had a conversation which included their 2 very loud young children. Never again !

Review 14：Front desk told me airport parking was not included even though website clearly stated it was. After a brief exchange, they relented and did not charge for parking. Room was at the rear entrance of a poorly lit parking lot. Was very uncomfortable walking through the lot. Corridors were dingy and poorly lit. Neither of my two swipe cards opened my door, so I called the front desk. No one came after 20 minutes of waiting in the hall, so I called again and finally the front desk attendant came and let me in. Toilet did not flush.

Review 20：in general, the hotel is dated. the lobby area is OK but rooms and breakfast area are old. After running the water in the tub we had a bad smell coming from the sewer. we changed rooms the breakfast is not good enough, and breakfast area is dated and not properly lit

The breakfast was minimal and on our second morning we went down at 9:15 there was no bagels and limited choices.

Review 45：I have a bad back and staying in a motel is always hit or miss when it comes to aggravating my back issues. No worries here - the bed was GREAT. Also, the room was squeaky clean, and everything worked (wi-fi, remote, fridge, hair dryer, iron, etc). Will def stay here again when we're in town.

Review 46：Building needs a serious update. Paint cracking, grounds littered, access doors in back of building do not lock. No security cameras on rear parking lot. My rental car was vandalized during the night (paint gouged with sharp object).

I had called a week earlier and added 2 rooms which were not reserved when I got there although I had the confirmation numbers. Air conditioning in one of the 4 rooms we had did not work but once maintenance was advised it was better. The rooms were fine.

Review 53：I am disabled,and I booked a1st floor room,3 Weeks in advance,With A 3 PM CHECK In time. When I arrived at 4:15, I was told that none of the 1st floor rooms had been cleaned yet,And it would be at least an hour - or I could have a 2nd floor room.I had just driven for 4 hours,and was tired,so instead of waiting, I reluctantly took the 2nd floor room,which made my 3 day stay very difficult. Also,the room a/c was not working properly,and the decor was really shabby and old - time for some new carpet and furniture!!

Review 55：This was a prepaid room and when I got there the desk clerk was rude and would not let us check in without a credit card. All the paper work had been done in advance and she embarrassed us in front of other customers. I finally had to call my parents to be able to check into the room. I requested the manager to call my parents and they never returned the call. We will never return to this place again.

That night we got into argument were I had to step outside, and the gentlemen at the front desk offered me to cool off and spent some time in the lobby. Review 60：Hotel is under renovations and very messy, smell of paint everywhere, wires hanging off the ceiling, old and grim looking place... I could not bring myself to stay even for one night and had to cancel , forced to look for a new hotel and paying high last minutes rates elsewhere.

Review 62：There was construction work in the hotel and all was old. However, there was no indications on the web page that at this time all is under reconstruction. In the room the heating system was very noisy. It was turned off when I came to the room and so it took a while to get the room warm.

The others were distorted and snow covered - something I haven't seen in years. The beds were so-so - not firm at all. I think we got an unrefinished room. It seems to me that we had better rooms in the recent past.

Review 73：The location is excellent, near many decent restaurants, a freeway ramp and a major shopping mall. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had no trouble booking and our room was waiting for us when we arrived. Lots of parking.

Review 74：Too noisy (near a road, and it was not good soundproof). I did not like breakfast, there were many things, but nothing I use to breakfast (neither jam, nor hot chocolate, nor cheese...) The curtain was a bit broken and let the light go into the room.

Review 86：There were so many issues with this hotel. What I saw on the web site was not what I saw when I checked in. The back door into the hotel lock was broken anyone could just walk in. Carpet wasn't clean in the foyer area and on the steps. Once I went into the room the beds looks broken and there was mold in the ceiling from a leak in the roof.
