Review 1：Everything was decent and clean. Satisfied an would return without hesitation. The only little glitch is that they could not process my credit card and I had to pay cash. Other than that a very positive experience. Hotel is also walking distance to the train station and 28th May metro.

Review 2：Poor English and no city map given at reception. Poor breakfast but you can buy in supermarket.

Review 10：Breakfast is the weakest link here. The choice was really poor, there was no fruit, no tomatoes or cucumbers - just some slices of sausage and some old (or unfresh) cheese. When I came and I was the only person in the restaurant, there were no cups for the tea, no plates, the cutlery was not polished, no small spoons for the tea and nobody to serve there - just some food standing in the corner. I had to ask a lady from the reception to bring me a plate, a cup for the tea, to refill the food there. I don't expect much, often I choose hostels, but this time it was a hotel and I paid more than in more attractive cities like Istanbul, so I would expect better quality of breakfastfor the price I paid. Much better.

Review 11：The hotel manager is very friendly, I see he tries his best and this is appreciated. The receptionists are also friendly. The WiFi is working well. They were helpful when I asked for some information or help with simple things. Also they stored my baggage when I left for the next part of my trip with planned comeback to Baku. The place was also quite clean. It's actually not so easy to find something cheap in Baku, there are some luxury hotels and very few cheaper alternatives - almost nothing in between. This hotel could be an option for those who are rather tourists than royal guests. They are working with "service", I see people try there and this is good.

Review 12：bed uncomfortable like sleeping in a hammock. shower drainage clogged, takes ages for water to drain. no one comes to clean the room during my five night stay. not much around near hotel. at least half an hour walk to fountain sq and old city. breakfast v basic. go for other hotels

Review 25：2 days (from 4) there was no hot water. When I was checking out it appeared, that terminal for credit cards was not working (it was at 3.30 AM) for 2 days - I had to go to cash machine, fortunately just 150 m from hotel. Then receptionist was surprised, that I needed an invoice for staying and made it... in 20 minutes, with 3 mistakes. So, to summarize my negative experience: I caught cold and check out took me for 50 minutes.
