Review 1：The shower did not drain properly.

Review 2：The location is incredible. The Lipizzaner horses are right there at this location and this is a must-see for any horse lovers. The horse facilities are beautiful and the hotel has an equestrian theme throughout. The value for money was ver good.

Review 15：Wasn't a bad experience, but you would expect to see some horses from the hotel. If you weren't a golfer, or a walker/cyclist, there isn't much to do without a car. We had a lovely time but 2 nights was plenty. Also there was a lot of building work going on.

The Lipizzaner show was rather short (with too much time given to announcements in four or five different language when the information could have been given to us on a piece of paper) and I was disappointed that only four horses were in the main bit of the show.

Review 27：The restaurant was very mediocre so I would advise to have dinner somewhere else. Also don't expect to see too much of horses: the stud farm can only be visited with a guide and the tour is quite short. In our case the group was also very big, I suppose that's because it was a tour right after the riding show. If you are lucky you might be able to see the mares on grazing land and to pet them if they so choose

There was a large crack in the plaster over the door, another patch of discoloured plaster in the ceiling,and by the morning ants in the room. The restaurant was empty and most of the time unattended.Very dated and much in need of renovation.

It can be considered as disadvantage, because I don't know if it's possible to get there by public transportation, but the place is really peaceful and relaxing. 2. Huge territory with golf fields, hiking and bicycle routes in the forest 5. Nice view even if your window looks into back yard, everything is green around. 6. It is very quiet at night 7. Good, not expensive restaurant 8. Of course HORSES. If you get there you must stay to see the horses show or training and take a tour to the stables and around the whole farm. There are guided tours in English, German, Italian and Slovenian (French should be ordered in advance)

The association with the Lipizzaners is a bit far fetched although it was possible to book a guided tour to get closer to these wonderful horses.
