Review 1：Shower in master bedroom was not working. We were unable to get the water turned on in the shower. When we called in the evening, no one was there to look at it but they said they would leave message for front desk. We went down in the am seemed like nobody knew anything but it had been written in repair book just no one called to have anything done with it. The girl at the front desk called repairs right away and we were reassured it would be taken care of. We returned at around 4 pm and still was not fixed. After going down to front desk again, someone came to fix it but still does not work properly as the on/off knob needs to be replaced. Unit was not at all nice. Twin beds were hard as rocks and very uncomfortable. Broken webbing on chairs on patio outside bedroom making them unable to be used. Dirty old outdated furniture outside and in.. Dead mouse under patio table outside living room. Took two days before that was cleaned up. Old,wrinkled drapes very hard to open and close that do not fit windows properly. Not at all inviting. Would not want to rent this unit again.

Review 3：The mattress was very old and I could feel the springs. It squeaked and was very uncomfortable. Even one edge of the mattress was smashed. I told the front desk about it and nothing was done. Horrible.
Review 4：April at front desk was friendly and helpful. Unit was spacious, clean, nice, breezy, and relaxing. Liked that it overlooked the pool and was ocean view.
Review 5：The sofa in the living where our kids slept was a bit old and the bedding inside was not very comfortable.
Review 6：Perfect location to discover the Island, 5 minutes walk on the Beach to Lydgate Park. Resort on the beach. Staff very nice. Kitchen well equipped. Nice small resort with a nice pool. Not noisy at all. No AC in the condo but did not bother us at all.
Review 7：When we visited the weather was very humid due to a nearby hurricane and there was no aircon only fans. This should not be a problem in normal weather conditions when the trade winds are blowing.
Review 8：Location next to ocean and nearby Lydgate state park for safe swimming when surf is high. Fast Wifi (50mbs) enabled reliable streaming of movies. Fully equipped kitchen.

Review 12：We loved staying here. Felt like a little house by the sea. All we had to do to stick our toes in the sand was walk across the lawn. The pool was great as well. We will definitely come back and recommend.
Review 13：Had a roach problem when I first arrived; pest control sprayed, and after 10 days didn't see anymore; bedroom overlooks parking area so noisy when people arrived at late hours and were not quiet; had to sleep with shutters closed to alleviate noise; fortunately, the fan helped circulate the air.
Review 14：The view of the gardens and ocean was absolutely wonderful; well-kept grounds, attentive staff, all the comforts of home, fully stocked kitchen, felt safe there; close to Kapaa and Lihue Airport.
Review 15：Two smaller maintenance issues were not addressed -- HDMI cord not working and so no TV, and door underneath sink was falling off when we arrived. However, this was miniscule compared to the wonderful things about this place.
Review 16：We were a very short distance to the beach,l a walking path to Lydgate Park, and the view of palm trees, and beach surf were amazing. It was very comfortable with our 2 college-age children, with reliable wifi, a sense of quiet and peace, space to spread out, lovely tropical-appropriate living area, and a full kitchen .. but the view and two decks with direct view to the ocean were the best!

Review 22：Stunning view!!! We stayed in room 220 with an ocean view and that is exactly what we got! Wow! Also, just a few steps to an incredible beach that is fairly private. Location is perfect if you have things planned on both sides of the island. It seemed to be the sunny side too (sunny while raining on the other sides) while we were there. The kitchen was more equipped than we expected, with everything we possibly needed. We were really happy about this because we wanted to cook everything. Everything was perfectly clean. All in all, it was perfect and we will return here.
Review 23：Felt unsafe, old and run down, bed un comfortable, pullout almost unable to be used as it was so hard to pull out each night. No AC so very hot if you didn't have the patio doors open so at night when we closed them due to security we sweltered.

Review 25：Lack of locks on both patio doors. A printed warning was ldft on the coffee table. A request was made to the office but unresolved. Although we felt safe, it is not safe practice to not have locking doors.

Review 40：The front desk staff was perfunctory... more technicians doing a job they did not actually like than true hospitality people. Also, they had no record of the booking.com reservation from their own front office, although it had be made and confirmed and I had the paperwork to prove it (I needed to have it since they were inexplicably in the dark).
Review 41：I liked the condo-apt. I reserved on the 3rd floor with ocean view. Also, the owners (the resort manages it for them) had decorated nicely. The space had a contemporary, but homey feel. Grounds were reasonably well-kept.

Review 44：We were first placed on the 3rd floor. My mother had total knee replacement six months ago, and the place had no elevator. It is very hard to walk three flights of stair with food, bags.and bad knees. The second condo unit we were moved into on Saturday after 5:00 pm. had fleas and smelled. The family got all biten up by small fleas or orther bugs, in the beds or floor(s). The Condo unit did not sleep six people as we had requested. It only sleep four people. We arrived on Thurday night and by Saturday, we were finally got moved to another unit, which also did not sleep six. After going back and forth to the office, they agreed to bring in foldable twin mattress, which were very uncomfortable.
Review 45：We had front ocean view. No air conditione, but none needed with the constant ocean breeze. :They were able to move us to first floor and provided us with the same accomodations.
Review 46：This location was basically set up as condos and now they have started booking rooms like a hotel. However, the office is only open till 6pm, so if you need to check in after that, you have to call security to have them let you in. This wasn't hard, but it's not something that they inform you beforehand and could be a problem if you don't have a phone with you.
Review 47：The location was great, as it was easy to reach both the north and south shores. The room itself was clean and spacious. The balcony was also rather large and provided plenty of room to sit outside and enjoy the view
