Review 1：It has many advantages, like a safe parking lot (most of the hotels in Plovdiv offer parking but it's on the street) the room is totally ok. Clean, comfortable. The breakfast is abundant but there are not many fresh things, like fruits or fresh bread. Location is not so ideal. Anyway, it's perfect for the price.

Review 2：The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom was very small, the water is the shower was not draining properly, breakfast was terrible and the wait staff was rude.

Review 12：We got the apartment and it was HUGE - two rooms and two bathrooms! (One full with shower cabin and separate bathtub and one with just toilet and sink.) Everything was clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Strong wifi signal in the room, as well. Included breakfast was nice. No worries about the location! We thought it would be very far from the center, but it is only a 2.5-3.5 leva cab ride, which is well worth what you'd save at this awesome hotel!! Cabs are readily available, so it's very convenient. The best part about staying at Intelcoop is the FANTASTIC staff! We needed to warm a bottle of baby's milk, and the staff was kind enough to provide a kettle to do that (worked well and did not overheat the milk). Most impressive was when we accidentally forgot a jacket in the room upon check out. The jacket was found the next day, we were called, and it was mailed out to another part of Bulgaria and was received the next day! They did not charge us for this service, and the jacket still had $100 in cash with it when it arrived. Honest, kind, and accommodating staff makes this hotel a huge win!! Very much recommended!

Review 13：The staff is useless: don't speak English, even not open the mouthin bulgarian and not polite at all. Internet is with cable so onlyinternet in the room with laptop and you must have good knowledge incomputer as you need to settle yourself the settings. If you stay fewnights, the cleaning won't be done between days. The location is notin the center.
