Review 7：I didn't like the air-condition in the bed room facing the bed directly with its bright blue light. Also there was no place in the bathrooms to hang a towel. There were no medical staff on site. and no one to introduce you to the facilities of the resort which are substantial.

Review 15：More info in the room about eating options. I was told by valet but I forgot. My room was very good but the only view was a brick wall, above, below, and to each side. For me, staying just 2 nights this was not a problem, but if you were there for longer I think that it would get to you negatively.

Review 23：Although the suite had a full kitchen, there were no utensils, cups or even a kettle provided. This is not a major inconvenience, since we did not expect to cook there. But it would be nice to be able to boil water for a cup of tea on suite's spectacular terrace.

Review 25：The management was horrible! I didn't see the manager around at all. He should get out of his office and check around and get things done! The pool was so dangerous. Even my little baby girl got stratch from the pool. A very lovely polish lady had a very nasty stratch :( they MUST fix the pool. The lifts are so useless. Everyone can complain about the lifts. Good but uneducated stuff... And again, because of the poor management... Everything was so Turkish. That wasn't professional They have no rules. In turkey we can call it as a 5 stars. But in other countries you can call it 3 stars only

Review 29：Have been there 4 times , the villa they gave me this time was very poor maintenance. From 9 nights , 2 I couldn't sleep due to problems in the a/c and not corrected by maintenance. The electricity plug in the toilet was completely open ( out of the wall , unsafe ) and some others things that could be fixed before assign that unit for a guest . The Staff is love or hate ... Some are very nice and others very rude.. No middle term ..

Review 31：- No welcome drink offered when we arrived after a long journey, unfortunately it was VICTORIA who checked us in. - We were not advised of the hotel facilities at check in and had to find it all out ourselves. - I advised the hotel we were here for our 2nd wedding anniversary but no mention was made at check in or during the stay. Even a small gesture would have been a nice ouch. Other hotels have always done something like provided a cake or decorated the room at check in but just highlights the lack of personality at the hotel. - No iron is available and laundry is quite expensive, this is unacceptable for a 5* resort. - There are not enough restaurant eating options to dine in especially if you are not all inclusive. There is only Elani and the buffet Nunu is TRL 110 pp. If they want it to be considered a 5 star resort they need to utilise the space better and have a couple of more restaurant options with different cuisines to give guests variety. - The pools need to be heated particularly in the early season. - There is not enough entertainment in the evenings. They either need to organise things daily or strike up a partnership with Yasmin next door. - The technicians are absolutely useless. On one of the few evenings that romantic live music was organised the sound systems did not work properly. - TV channels are poor particularly for english speakers. - The resort is a little remote and quite far from Turgutries centre. It takes a TRL 25-30 taxi each way. The hotel should at least provide a shuttle service! - Road needs to be finished as the ride is very bumpy from Turgutries centre.

Review 32：Lovely resort, with lots of different areas to sit and relax (pool, beach, pier). - Our villa was great and the hot tub was a great touch. - Beach is nice and relatively private. - Elani food is delicious especially the burger and Iskender. - Majority of staff is nice and helpful (particularly Jayda on the front desk, goatee guy on bar and hostess at Elani). - Bar areas are lovely. - Spa particularly the Hammam experience were fantastic. - Classes/nature walk and Gym is really good. The Pilates teacher was incredible and Gym trainer was friendly.

Wish I had been informed of the limited services during the off-season period. Manicure & pedicure were not the best, polish on hands was unfortunately the worst I've had and starting chipping on the same day!

Review 61：We got an excellent suite with two floors. We decided to use the upper floor Jacuzzi, when turning the sprays on, all the water leaked from faulty pump on the bathroom floor. Needed a somebody after midnight to dry the floors... took a long time to get them understand that the pump was the problem, not us. Next day they tried to fix the pump, we needed to stay in room and wait for somebody, who came after one hour... left everything open... could not use the bathroom... When finally everything was repaired, the air condition started to leak in living room. Again waited another hour for two different this to fix this leak this time. Nice kitchen but no plates nor silverware available. ?? Just wanted to eat some fruit in the room. Would not expect to have this kind of problems with 5 star hotel best suites...

Review 80：- eventhough we booked a deluxe villa through booking.com they gave us a king room and claimed that they did not have this booking and that this booking was not done as a deluxe villa (which by the way we proved via sending them the original e-mail which was sent to us by booking.com and they did not take that into consideration) -also we requested champagne-wine and fruit platter through booking.com but it was not there once we entered the room and even though I reminded them to put it that day(which was a suprise for my mom & dad) they said they would but guess what it was not there. it was until the next day when I had to share this with my dad and he had to actually go down the reception to remind it which they finally put at the end of the day. - we requested towels to the room but the first day no one bothered to deliver but got them the next day by calling them up a couple of times. -all an all it was a suprise stay for my parents ruined by the hotel.

Review 84：When we first checked in our room we found out the room was located almost at the basement. There were not rven sun light in the room. I and my wife refused to stay in that room cause the pictures of the room we booked had even sea view. We asked the reception to change our room with a room which has at least a small balcony. After 2 hours of discussion and wait, we decided to leave the hotel. At that very moment, they suddenly discovered that they could give us "the last" available room with sea view! They asked extra 150€ for this "upgrade"! We were so tired of discussion and we accepted that. The room was stinking, ac was not working properly. The funniest thing was we woke up in the middle if the night with some noise in our room. We thought someone broke in. After that we found out that there was another guest in the room with us which was a cat! And many unfortunate things during our stay..This hotel only deserves some of its starts to be taken back! The location is also very bad. Briefly if you wanna have a nice vacation, this hotel should be one of the last choices.

When you put your luggage in the room there is no place to move or walk even breath. 2 rooms and a living is total 45 m2 is really small for a person with baby. The rooms are cool and good with air condition. But outside the room all hotel burning they dont have any air condition at hotel only rooms has . So it doesnt feel good in elevator or in lobby .
