Review 1：You actually have to book using the shuttle 24 hours in advance, so when I got to the airport I had to take a taxi. There goes an extra $25. The moment I get into my room the carpet looks like it's been consistently walked on with dirty shoes since the early 80's. Generally I take my shoes off upon entering my hotel room, I did not here. The whole room was eerie and smelled like the walls had soaked up a little too much smoke. They said it was non smoking though. The bed was as hard as a rock with a large mirror right in front of it. Honestly felt like I had entered a creepy sex dungeon lol. Never ever EVER will I stay at this place again

Review 22：I had $100 worth of Best Western gift cards I recently received through my Chase credit card that were not honored. I was very disappointed that I was unable to use them. I asked when I checked in and when I checked out. I have used these in the past and never had any problems. I think they were too much trouble for the staff to deal with.

A ridiculous Catch-22 requirement that likely requires you to book the shuttle before you arrive, or even before you book the hotel. If you screen lodging by shuttle availability, SELECT ANOTHER HOTEL. I will not return to this hotel.

Then we called the hotel and the reception said they failed to arranged it and asked me to take taxi. I took taxi cost $ 20 and they reimbursed me when I checked in. But 2 days later I found out that this taxi fare of $ 20 was charged again to my credit card together with the room bill. This is real chaos. Next day I checked out and I tried to ask for shuttle bus to send me to airport. Surprisingly the hotel said it must be booked 24 hour in advance. As I stayed there only for 12 hours I ended up can't use their shuttle bus. I stayed at this hotel room 211 in Aug/6 out Aug/7

All in all it was a roof over my head, but I had expected a place of comfort and rejuvenation given the webpage pictures, and that it was not.
