Review 1：The sheet was dirty. The room floor was dirty. All furniture was of poorest quality, everything was either broken or dirty or very old.

Review 3：Stayed two nights before sailing vacation. Excellent location across from marina. Comfortable and great value. Many restaurants and stores within short walking distance. Had a room facing marina with small balconey. Would definitely stay again if I visited that area and recommend it highly. Not luxurious but pleasant and secure.

Review 4：Power outage in room every hour, fridge wasn't cold, curtains weren't the full width of the window, staff not saying anything only when it comes to payment they start to talk to you, wi-fi doesn't work or has VERY poor connection

The work meant that the swimming pool was notavailable and made the entire view from the room at the front of thehotel a complete eye-sore. This was not alerted to me when booking -I'm not sure if Booking.com or the hotel should take ultimateresponsibility for this.
