Review 1：Breakfast could have been better, it was rather too simple.

Review 2：The staff was helpful, the location is very convenient for the airport travelers, however near by a busy street. The bathroom and the room were very clean and nice.

Review 5：The front gate was tiny and the hotel's own shuttle could barely turn. When we were leaving, an ambulance drove in to take someone to the hospital, and it just blocked all in-coming traffic. So if you are heading to the airport, remember to allow yourself some extra 5min.

Review 6：Hotel Staff were super friendly. The room was spacious and came with a comfortable wood-frame bed. Breakfast runs from 5:30 to 10, which is very convenient for people catching earlier flights. People staying in the LAX region, in general, are there for catching earlier flights and this hotel has exactly everything you need. It's not luxurious but comfortable and clean enough for you to get a good night sleep.

Review 9：I thought I was booking the King-Size bedroom with a spa tub but it turned out to be the regular room without the spa tub. This wasn't clear upon booking. The room was old; the couch was ragged for a Best Western "Plus." Usually Plus's are modern, upgraded room.

Review 13：The bathroom tub had poor drainage and water filled up to our ankles while taking a shower. When I advised the front desk staff, their attitude was as mediocre as the hotel itself.

Review 14：The room was comfortable and relaxing. The tub was roomy enough for both of us, and my love is 6 foot 1 inches.

Review 15：The hotel was locacted in a very rough neighbourhood, the streets around the hotel are very dirty and we struggled to walk down the street without being asked for money ect. No safes in the rooms and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. If you can afford to pay a couple of hundred more i would highly recommend steering clear of this neighbourhood.

Review 22：The only thing is that, despite my being offered a late check out at 1 p.m. due to my flight times, the room maid barged into my room twice without even knocking and despite my having a 'Quiet' sign outside my door. I was actually in the shower with the door wide open and felt this was totally unacceptable. There needs to be a clear 'NO DISTURB' sign rather than just Quiet, because that could apply to people being quiet in the corridor rather than not knocking on my door.Also there are is no safe in the room and I had my money out on the sideboard. You should definitely have a safe in the room. The receptionist apologised anyway and said she would deal with it.

Review 39：We had called the airport shuttle bus to come and pick us up from the airport after a long flight from NYC we just wanted to have a shower and lay down but apparently the call was never handed over to the shuttle bus driver so we were waiting at LAX for over a hour which was annoying but other then that no complaints with the hotel itself

We needed extra towels for my daughter which the staff didn't bring up. We had to pick them up at the registration desk. Printing computer was virus infected, could not connect the airline site at all. The AC was very old and loud.

Review 100：Suite was not described as a smoking room on here, apparently all suites on all floors are for smokers, so even if we didn't, guests noise of filling up their jacuzzis at 2am, plus their cigarette smoke at all hours was rather annoying, also not listed on here in Inglewood, not a good area of LA, if you go by address listed, you go to LaQuinta Inn, when calling, I was informed from Best Western front desk that it was 10min away, when it was just down the street in a rough area! Also WiFi strength was awful in this hotel. Breakfast buffet offered very little in the way of gluten-free, vegetarian options. This is the 3rd time that Booking.com sent us far away from where we needed to be, & gave us a room that had many issues :(

Review 130：Staff did not listen to our request to pay in cash. Advised on check-in (when an imprint of our card was taken). Also advised on check-out, but too late the charge had been put through. They offered to reverse it but when you are dealing with different currencies on your card you have already been charged fees for conversions by the bank so is pointless to reverse the charge as you will get a double whammy with conversions taking place twice.

Review 131：Pick up service from Airport was prompt. Also dropped us to the rental car office the following day. Room was a good size and very comfortable bed.

Review 132：Restaurant, if you could call it a restaurant.. it was tiny with not enough tables and chairs to sit on. We had to eat breakfast one day in the reception area. Plastic cutlery, and cardboard plates and bowls, ridiculous for a hotel to expect their guest to use the sort of things normally found on campsites. Also the lift, painfully slow and only one for the whole hotel..
