Review 1：I liked the stuff for hole family to do.meaning kids stuff to.swimming pool are hot tubs would of been awesome.and more pet friendly.overall was good stay.
Review 2：Air conditioner did not work, asked your staff two times to fix or move me to another room that had a working ac. Nothing was done. A little disappointed.

Review 4：I booked this room 7 months ahead of time, only to get there and be told that my room wasn't ready bc they we're overbooked. I had to wait over an hour to finally get a room which didn't make sense to me. We were almost late to the concert we came into town for and had zero time to rest/change before having to rush out.

Review 6：The cleanliness of the room is what really made me criticize everything else. The comforter was a bit dirty and so was the bathroom. Another relative also tried reserving a room and at first they old him there was just like I was told. When he called for it the reservation staff ended up saying there wasn't!

Review 12：The staff was very friendly! My husband and I had not been away together without kids in 17 years and this place was perfect! We never had to leave! Not a fan of cigarette smoke but it is from the casino so you should expect that. Love all the food choices and movie theater being right there. It was like a Percy Jackson movie-the ceiling made you feel like time was standing still!
Review 13：There are two lines for the buffet, one for guests, one for everyone else. Everyone else outnumbered guests about 20 to 1. There were no apparent signs nor briefing by the staff. We ended up in line for over 40 minutes, when we could have walked in. Also the buffet is 30+, not 23.95, that is only with a player's card. Tried to friendly mention this to staff on the way out; since they asked; that it would help if you told guests about the two lines. The front desk was too intent on talking over me to listen, so I gave up the communication. Smoking pretty much everywhere except room. The whole place was kept fairly dark, even in the halls, reception, in the middle of the day-just odd. Gave the impression of walking through an airport at 3 am.
Review 14：Room was clean, though little dusty. Room was well provisioned with towels, clean bed. The seafood buffet once you get in, was great. Drink prices were good. I tried their blond, I don't recommend it.

Review 16：Loved the idea that you didn't have to go back out into the city to find a restaurant or bar to have a nice dinner and drinks. If you are into gambling, it's a beautiful, large, open casino, staff very friendly and helpful. If you are not it still is a beautiful hotel with wonderful restaurants and comfortable rooms. And....you can't beat the price!
