Review 1：I booked the jacuzzi 2 room suite and only one of the jets in the tub worked. I wasn't able to utilize the spa tub at all.

Review 3：The bed was made poorly using two flat sheets and not a fitted sheet so as we were sleeping bed became unmade and sheet came away from the mattress

Review 9：The condition of the bathroom was atrocious. Water had backed up into the sink and was leaking from below onto the floor. The temperature of the water in the shower wavered from freezing cold to scalding hot repeatedly. Plus, the door to the bathroom did not close or lock properly. It was because of all of this that we had to check out one day early and find accommodations elsewhere.

Review 11：Our reservation has been a bit confused: in one case we wanted a room for two persons, but got one for 4 persons. The staff was however very helpful and changed the room without any problems.

Review 17：I could not connect to the wifi, had to turn the tv on manually(although they handed me a remote). The carpet was gross, the bathroom was tiny, it was such a disappointment. Will not recommended it at all. I would have prefer to pay more and stayed in a room I felt comfortable.

Review 19：The exterior of the hotel badly needed upkeep and maintenance. The room was clean but also needed some upkeep done - scuff marks on the door and walls, missing security eye piece in the door - instead had a piece of TP stuck in it, cracked lamp shade, water stains on ceiling tiles in bathroom. These are all little things that added up and leads me to know that I'll be looking elsewhere to stay in the future.
Review 20：Overall, the cost through Booking.com was low, which is what I wanted for an overnight stay. The nice soft bed that suited my preference. The location was convenient and easy to get to. The staff was helpful.
Review 21：the room we stayed in was in dire need of up grading. the metal strip was missing were the tile and carpet came together next to the Jacuzzi tub. This could be dangerous for children as there were sharp edges exposed. and the bathroom is to small, no room to move around.

There was a screw sharp end facing outward coming out of the headboard. The quilt, thin and shabby desperately needed to be replaced as it had several cigarette burns in it. The room smelled awful, like an old ashtray even though it was nonsmoking. I woke up with a sore throat as a result. The bathroom door would not close which meant no bathroom privacy for my husband and I. Initially I thought there was no shower head since it spewed out so forcibly but my husband corrected me saying it was just a poor quality shower head. And worse of all the tub did not drain so while showering I was standing in inches of bath water. I will spend an extra $15 to upgrade to other area lodging.

Review 42：There was no microwave in the room. When I checked into my room there was hair everywhere . Including my bathroom , the coffee pot and in the refrigerator . Also, my shower was clogged with hair so me and my boyfriend Could not take showers until after 10am bc it filled up with water to our knees . We had to wait for Someone to come and fix it . We asked for a late checkout bc of this issue and were told no we had enough time to get ready bc checkout wasn't until 11am. Which made me extremely upset bc I take long showers .and needed to take one ealier to be ready by 11am. But couldn't do to the clog . They weren't very accommodating for us . And when we checked in we were never told about breakfast or when checkout time is . We won't be returning .

Review 49：Hbo is figured prominently on all print material, but I think they donot have it whatsoever. Staff at motel is unengaged and provided flipanswers at desk to guests. We saw three couples leave annoyed andwhenever we asked for help, received non-answers and never did resolveour television issues, especially with regard to hbo which I believe isnot accessible at this place. It shows on written material, but not onthe on-screen tv guide. Someone forgot to pay hbo bill, I guess.

Review 52：We stayed at the same location a year ago August. This year we had the same staff. The interior rooms are much higher quality. Exterior rooms are cheaper and have to account for negitive comments. The housekeeping is excellent The service staff are very good.
