Review 1：Short working hours of the reception - we were lucky that reception desk was open at our arrival. Otherwise you shall call the personnel.

Review 3：Very poor lighting. Minimal bathroom amenities (no hair drier, no hooks to hang towels or clothes, no toiletries). Very limited check-in time (3-6 PM) is a problem. Place needs sprucing up (e.g., fresh paint). Does not give one the impression of an "up-scale" place but price was high considering all the negative issues --Stockholm-like price in a small town!
Review 4：Nice breakfast in pleasant room. Friendly and knowledgeable desk clerk who told us where to find the Wallander sites. Good location on pedestrian street but close to reasonably priced public parking. Large room.
Review 5：No parking on site. You leave your car on a public parking area a short walk away and pay SEK 10 for overnight stay. Park & pay at 17:30, valid until 10:30 next morning.

Review 9：The reception is closed most of the time. Staff is not really friendly when is in. The room it's strangely arranged, no much storage for clothes and luggage, no side table for the bed. The shower is the worst part.. You basically flood the entire bathroom anytime you use it. They also provide a mop for the emergency..

Review 12：Location is very good, close to Stortorget and the station. Varied breakfast on offer, good coffee. Coffee available whenever I came in from the machine in the dining room. Outdoor seating was simple but welcome on a hot day.
Review 13：The hotel advertises itself as peaceful, but it is located directly above a deafening disco/bar that blasts away until the early hours of the morning.

Review 19：I arrived at the hotel from the ferry at 7:30pm but the hotel was locked and the staff had left. Fortunately, the staff in the shop next door were very helpful and phoned Sebastian who gave me the code for access. He did say they had tried to phone me but there was no reception while I was on the ferry from Poland. The bath room is very small with a shower curtain that does not want to contain the water from the shower! One other issue is there is no parking for the hotel other than public parking a short walk away.
Review 20：The location is excellent, the breakfast was very good indeed and the staff were very nice, especially Maria who was very pleasant and friendly at check-out. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and free wi-fi is available throughout the hotel. The breakfast was very good indeed and I would definitely return to this hotel.
Review 21：Reception area was locked most of the time with no staff in attendance. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in our room and also a top sheet, as doña was too warm for middle of summer.

Review 23：Great location a few minutes walk from the station. A friendly welcome on arrival was very nice. My single room was a good size with comfortable bed, armchair, desk and wet-room facilities. Good choice at breakfast & comfortable dining room. I look forward to visiting again.
