Review 1：Management botched my reservation and had no room waiting for me on the first night. They sent me in a taxi (that I paid for) to a poorly furnished hotel, remote from any source of food. Cheap room rate, but ultimately more expensive because I had to pay for 2 more taxi rides, to a supermarket with a deli section, then back to the remote hotel, which did not provide bath soap or shampoo. The room was full of mosquitoes and I was badly bitten. The next day, I took another taxi to West Hotel to start my stay. They gave me Room 1, the noisiest and worst room, where people parked in front of the room's window (like a motel), and the outdoor smoking area was right outside the window. This was the only room where cars could park in front of the window -- all other rooms were quieter. 3 dogs hang out in the parking lot and bark throughout the night. Ad for this place on Booking.com said "mosquito nets available," untrue. I slept the first night with the blanket over my head to avoid being bitten. They sprayed the room to kill mosquitoes, the next day. Also, the first day, management charged me more money than the Booking.com reservation (350 instead of 320). --Les, USA
Review 2：Good location in nice neighborhood. ATB Supermarket and Celentano Pizza, right across the street. Half a block to the right was Karl Marx Avenue with several restaurants, including a good Chinese place one block up, on the right. Reliable Internet connection.
