Review 1：Entrance via a narrow and quite busy short road is awkward. Check- in clerk was not too helpful

Review 2：Location overlooking the marina is super. Main resto staff were very good, pleasant and helpful. Food (simple fixed menu for a private meeting) was very good

Review 3：The rooms and décor really need updating, the bathroom in our room No.202 had a very damp fusty smell in it. We were disappointed by the meals served in the evening restaurant this time as they normally have always been excellent. We initially booked bed and breakfast but had a few evening meals there which we were not to the usual good standard which we had found in previous visits and we felt they were not value for money.

Review 4：We have stayed several times over the last six years and love this hotel and its situation overlooking the marina and close proximity to the town and shops. The views from our room the mountains in the distance were superb. The buffet breakfast on the rooftop terrace restaurant is excellent, lots of choice and the staff were as ever lovely.

Review 11：This hotel has seen better days, and is not well-enough appointed for this price. In particular, the carpets are old and worn, many of the electrical plugs in our room did not work, the hotel's Wifi was so weak as to be almost unusable (try the hotel's Marina's wifi; it's stronger), and during some parts of the day the front desk is staffed by people who do not speak English. This seems like a luxury hotel that is on auto-pilot and gradually sliding. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Review 12：This hotel is well-situated, directly on the Fethiye harbor, with its own marina. Thus, it has wonderful views, and a nice roof terrace for breakfast. It's also quiet, partly because it is half-empty - possibly for good reason.

Review 17：Extremely bad internet, which disconnected every 5 minutes and when connected was very slow. A hotel of this standard ought to have a stable internet connection. If internet access is important, then stay away !

Review 19：The lack of facilities, i.e. a nice lounge and indoor bar - these were missing. Very strange to have no real indoor area to sit when weather too cool or wet to sit outside. The cats!! We ate outside one night and I was continuously having to look to see where the cats were and there were loads. I'm very nervous of them and hate them and it spoiled my evening. The food in the restaurant was very poor and quite tasteless. On one occasion our waiter completely forgot our wine order and then misunderstood and thought we wanted to wait for our main course and we were waiting for ages until he asked again if we wanted to eat yet and we'd already told him twice that we did! Lack of space for clothes in the suite we had. Very poor for such a large room to have so little storage. Very dim lighting. Very hard mattress. I had to ask for a mattress topper as I had severe back pain from the incredibly hard bed.

Review 24：We had a large room facing the marina, which is lovely. Everything was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The pool area is beautiful and comfortable. We liked the Ece Saray enough that we returned for an additional night. They didn't have a marina facing room, but we ended up with a large suite, which made up for the car park view. The hotel is a short walk into town for shops and restaurants.

Review 25：Lack of communication before holiday trying to organise airport transfer. They never replied to three emails and two emails from booking.com. Had to make to phone calls still not helpful. Had to sort out my own transfer. Staff at hotel are not that pleasant don't take you on and very little chat from them. Did not put me off.

Review 72：It was a smart, well kept resort, which was perfect for myself and mydaughter to relax, and enjoy the lovely clean swimming pool. I am gladwe booked the half board option as the food and service was great.Thefree transfers to and from the airport were also helpful, and the closeproximity to the town was great for the shopping.

Review 75：1. Hotel in Istanbul called [ and witnessed by myself ] and requested a transfer from Air Port to Ece Saray. Did not happen, called Ece Saray from Air Port and were told that if booking made through Booking.com they would not organize a transfer. Got Taxi.2. Damp smell in rooms so bad that had to move our mattress onto the floor in front of the windows to get fresh air. 3. Hotel needs a refurb, is rather tatty and outdated, but the potential if loved is great.

Review 77：The rooms are in need of a re-fit, they have updated the bathroom towalk in showers by removing the bath, the old tiling complete withprevious holes are still present, this has caused damp to go through tothe bedrooms with peeling paint. The room itself is definitely not 5star as billed, the staff were for the most part good with the exceptionof the dinner staff who were seemingly not well trained. Dinner focuseson a buffet, which for the most part is good, but the a la carte menu isvery poor. There appears to be an overall lack of investment in thefacilities.

Review 78：The location just outside Fethiye centre with its own marina overlookingsome beautiful scenery and boats is great. The pool is large and thesunbathng area good. There is an outside eating area and a baroverlooking the water which are both good to use. The hotel has its ownparking area which is a bonus in Fethiye.

Review 79：There is a busy main road behind the pool area which was very noisy. The rooms were a little on the small side, but the magnificent views made up for it! Be aware of the charges - the booking was quoted in euros but the hotel wanted a 5% premium to settle the bill. The alternative was a poor exchange rate on the lira. The cost for a week was almost £100 more than quoted.

Review 80：The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the harbour was wonderful. The choice of food was excellent and the cooked option was freshly made for each person. The location of the hotel is just perfect - very peaceful and relaxing. The pool is enormous with ample very comfortable loungers around the edge. The snack/drinks bar hadn't been set up while we were there but we saw this as a bonus as the music system wasn't set up either! The weather was perfect. All in all a lovely week!
