Reviews for Adegas Do Pico

Review 1:Only that we couldn't stay longer.

Review 2:We loved everything about this place. it had all the creature comforts but still was so homey and kept the rustic feel we wanted. There is no wifi and not much tv but you don't miss it! We will be coming back!

Review 3:Wish there was wifi but just went to the office and used there

Review 4:I have rarely had such a great experience - the staff bent over backwards to help me out when I arrived without a car. They actually took me to the grocery store. The location is about .5km from the beach, the views are stunning and Prainha is a great village. Totally recommend

Review 5:Loved it - would stay again.

Review 6:The cottage was the one up the hill and in the Vinyard. It was cosy and the outside chairs were used a lot when the sun was shining. Peaceful, Cory Shearwaters at night and good facilities. Shower was great, TV and cooking facilities useful.

Review 7:it was a little out of the way, but really wasn't a problem.

Review 8:loved the view and the quiet. Very relaxing place. we had beautiful sunrises and were treated to the amazing sounds of the cory's shearwater every night.

Review 9:wouldn't know - not for socializers

Review 10:staying in a refurbished , historical wine cave ! The beautiful view on the opposite island. Quietness ,isolation, privacy. Place was very clean .Nice old furniture , large private garden. Kindness , knowledge and tips of the owner who is always reachable by phone if not at reception

Review 11:far away to everywhere

Review 12:peaceful and quiet place, nice stylish decorations

Review 13:Beautiful location. So peaceful.

Review 14:Most important, for most Americans the beds were hard as a rock and very difficult to sleep on. Very musty downstairs as the house had been closed for the winter. It should have been aired out before, but a. Dehumidifier in the room helped a lot. They unfortunately had an ant infestation which they were very responsive about but did not seem to know what to do about it. Not wifi except a drive away was a bit inconvenient, but we knew about it before.

Review 15:A good setup for two couples. We each had our own bed and bath on different floors of the house and we enjoyed spending time together in the living room and dining room, both of which were quite comfortable. The house is thoughtfully decorated and the kitchen very complete. The house we stayed in had a distant view of the sea. Altogether very pleasant!

Review 16:Rather chilly inside in October - an extra heater would be appreciated.

Review 17:A quaint tiny cottage in a perfect location just yards from Atlantic ocean waves crashing on the nearby rocks. Lovely views of the coastline.

Review 18:nothing
