Review 1：Room needs a thorough cleaning. Cookie crumbs on the floor and cheese puff on the counter! Bathroom floor had built-up dirt around edges and corners. Breakfast room was okay, but refrigerator not very cold. It said 40' but yogurt and milk were not cold. It seemed like the place was under-staffed. The counter clerk was trying to do everything himself, bless his heartache!

Review 3：We slid off the road in the snow storm just passing through town and had to get a hotel for a few nights, we had our hearts set on a hot tub and found AmericInn. When we arrived the spa was out of order for repairs so the front desk lady surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a spa in it! We were very grateful for it had been a long day of blizzarding, tow trucks, rental cars, and insurance companies. The spa was back up and running promptly the next day. Thanks AmericInn!

Review 4：mold in the bathroom floor grout and @ the shower base seal. Shower made floor very wet and slick, probably an incorrect shower curtain. Require a copy of drivers license @ registration.

Review 6：FYI: The hotel will charge you $100.00 plus the fee for the room upfront, plus a charge for the room. I was charged $89.00 and $189.00 when I checked in. The $189.00 hasn't been removed from my card yet.

Review 8：Changed rooms. Both room were unclean. Dirty carpets. Bug in bathing area, 2nd room. Old furniture. Room had unfinished work (looked like partial renovation start) on walls.

Review 10：My room was not clean upon a 10:30pm check in. It was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting, hairs all over the tub and it was not clean. The sheets on the beds had not been changed, there was trash all over the room. The night staff tried to clean this room, but it was still dirty. I will not stay at this location again.

Review 12：Bath tub drain was plugged. All lights in room were extremely dim and you couldn't see, spider webs in corners. Extremely high price for quality of room.

Review 20：The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable. For breakfast there was blueberry waffles, yogurt, fruit, bagels and cereal; just enough for us. For the price it was an excellent place to stay for what we needed.

Review 23：The ac in our room didn't work and there was a cockroach crawling on the wall in our room. And we found someone else's drink under the front of the bed. And the WiFi suck! I didn't get to use my phone that much because I had no reception and the WiFi was horrible. Other then that the stay was fun.

Review 24：I don't think that people who don't pay with a credit card should have to pay more. Was not told that I would have to pay an additional $100 deposit because I don't have a credit card. Not every one has them.

Review 26：I use my iPad every evening to watch movies or TV shows on Netflix to help me fall off to sleep. The WiFi here was very poor and I was not able to watch any shows without it dropping for minutes at a time, and then reconnecting. My room was located just a few doors down from the front desk on the main floor. One other slight problem was that they could not provide a handicap accessible room which is important since I just had hip replacement surgery 8 weeks ago. However, my reservation was made that day, so my not planning enough ahead was to blame for the type of room not being available.

Review 27：This hotel is very convenient to the interstate and one of my major customers. The value is decent for a budget-minded business traveler and there is a plethora of nice restaurants within a three minute drive. Also, it is a quick 20 minute trip to the Riverside Casino if you care to visit that property. Easily a 30% savings over other major chains considered go-to for a business traveler.

Review 28：The mix of modern and outdated dirty/shabby furniture was not to my liking. Nor was the unpaiting repairs that had been made. Like I said for the price it was great! But not worth the 120.00 regular rate.

Review 42：I woke up to see a bug crawling near my face. Bedbugs (yes, I googled to be sure). Called the front desk, was told a manager would be "right there." Captured five of the little monsters. No manager. Went to the desk and was told no manager was on site yet. NOBODY SEEMED SURPRISED ABOUT THE BUGS. They offered us another room but we left.

Review 43：I have stayed at this hotel many times this was the first time I was not pleased. The bed was hard, pillows flat. The air conditioning not working well. Manager came down and it worked some better then in the night it quit again. I know you can't control this. Room 120 was not as nice as the rooms up stairs. My husband could not believe that I would stay here again. I even checked for Bedbugs this time. Usually I have never thought of this.

Review 105：while traveling i got on line and booked around midnight because i was getting tired of driving and upon arrival the gentleman at the front desk schooled me and said i should have called to let the staff know what time i was expecting to arrive and typically he would have denied my reservation and would not refund my money. He finally gave me my room that i paid for after letting him know i didnt know the policy of calling in once i was booked.

Review 107：Door lock had trouble letting is into room. Staff never offered to move us to make stay better. Chair was missing in room and the window was open upon check in. Elevator had really loud noise! Staff said it was trusty but it sounded unsafe.

Review 116：we called ahead to clear a very late arrival due to hospital complications and were granted late checkout - which was appreciated. however when we arrived we waited 25 min to be checked in. after repeatedly buzzing the buzzer my husband resorted to calling the phone which finally brought someone who never greeted UFC much less apologized. when we did finally get settled at 5am we put a note on the door stating we were cleared for a late checkout as well as DO NOT DISTURB hanger. cleaning knocked on our door at 9am to see if we were still there. Front desk called at 11:05 to see how soon we would leave. needless to say we dressed and left within the hour. nice facilities and I know they did not have to grant late check out but we offered to pay because we were exhausted. better communication is suggested is all and politeness.
