Review 1：Disappointed with the booking of reservations since 7/11/15 and request inter-connecting room or a room adjacent to the room because will stay with the family four people and prompted the authorities to confirm the room reservation on phone on 9/12/15 want to adjacent rooms besides that. On one day before travel I have call to confirm once again and had already booked a room adjacent. But when check-in I have got room in different floor. After that I have the new room in the same floor but have a sea view, just one room. The another disappointment is no complimentary drink / voucher that have read review from Pantip that all guest will get the voucher to be used with the Kantary café. Breakfast is not enough because there are so many guests . The hotel management should have better than this . Game room has a lot of advantages, suitable for families. In summary, the price is not worth it to pay a higher price from normal price almost doubled.

Review 3：Suite 208: The aircondition got a bit noisy and the safe for valueable things was hardly to access (last lowest Corner in the kitchen).
