Review 1：Our tv didn't work, we contacted multiple times to get in fixed, to no avail.
Review 2：It was clean, and the owners were very nice. Loved the hardwood flooring.

Review 8：I was just passing through late at night and just wanted a cheap clean place to sleep and thats what I got. The staff was nice the room was clean and the price was reasonable.
Review 9：Very poor location. It seemed like I was in a poor, depressed neighborhood. I didn't feel safe at first. The hygiene and cleanliness of the towels provided was very poor. The white towels were not white and some had very large and gray/black stains like they had been used to clean the floors.

Review 11：The towels had stains on them and were rough, cramped bathroom. The shower looked dirty, poor installation, needed tub to be refinished. Cold floors, no carpet. For Breakfast there was cold cereal, dry biscuits with gravy, and waffles, orange juice and coffee. It would of been nice to have some fruit.

I paid for 2 night...after the first night I was woken up by the maid knocking on the door and as I'm opening my eyes she had the door opened and telling me something while she's closing the door! I couldn't believe it!!! I was so shocked...I'm sure she knew that I paid for the room. So i kinda brushed it off and left for the day. Got back to the room around 12 am and was really tired so I fell asleep and once again I was rudely awoken by the owner knocked maybe once and opened the door yelled check out and left the door wide open! Review 20：Breakfast - no fruit; short hours to access; using styrofoam plates and very small cups (paper would have been easier to use) no decaf coffee or no-caffine tea (can't have caffine); cheap plastic utensils only fake butter. No filtered drinking water or access to water. (Local water awful) Bed extra firm; did not sleep well at all. Mixed quality of repair: dusty window sills, corners, etc. Furniture well used but worked fine.
Review 21：Handy to where I needed to be. Generally clean and well tended. Large lighted Hotel outside sign helped me find the turn onto property when dark and late at night.
Review 22：only thing we had any issues with was the mini fridge was badly uneven and wobbled when opening the door. the microwave and coffee maker were placed on top so it was pretty unnerving.

Review 38：The tv in the room wasn't working. I reported it early in the morning, to the manager. Nothing was done for tge rest of the day. They did offer me another room with a working tv. But since I was leaving in the morning. Moving rooms for the sake of a tv wasn't worth the effort. I'd have rather had them knock some off the bill instead.
Review 39：I have stayed here before, and I will say one thing. They are consistent... if you are looking for a place to sleep and aren't to worried about how it looks. The Vagabond inn is a good place to rack out for the night.

The outside walkway on second floor was in need of repair didn't feel safe walking on it. Thr bathroom windoe fell out when we tried to open it for ventilation. hotel needs to be torn down, or completely renovated.

Review 46：The property is located in a poor section of town. It was convenient for us as it was closest to the road leading to the small mountain resort of Idylwild. The bathroom was very small and absorbed a lot of heat through the one window.

Review 50：I was looking for price, so it was great for what I wanted, just to do some work. There is no carpet, they keep the place lit up at night, so you can't get the room real dark, and the breakfast was right for the price. Coffee and a Waffle where the only hot food. The rest was cereal.

The bed had stain all over it and was not comfortable at all. The staff was very rude and barely even spoke English. I tried to make a complaint about the room above me making noise all night and they did nothing about it, I called the next day to get my money refunded and that called me a liar and hung up on me. I would advise no one to stay at this hotel ever! Don't waste your money!

Review 65：Check in took forever, the woman at the front desk charged the card usedto reserve the room (which it specifically says that would not be thecase and that we'd pay when we arrived. Without asking, she chargedmy credit card. Which meant we had to cancel the transaction, which tooka good 10 minutes, and paid cash, for each of the transactions, we hadto fill out paperwork which I've never had to do at any other stayin a hotel in my life, but besides that.. Oh and we got a non smokingwhen we specifically asked for a smoking room.

Review 81：This was one of the worst hotels I have been in. There were people outside partying loudly. They kept it up half the night. I went into my room And bolted the door and the only reason I was able to sleep was because I was exhausted. The bed was awful and the blanket had burn holes in it. I stayed there because it was cheap, but decided my life was worth more money so I stayed in another hotel for the rest of my trip. Would have felt safer sleeping in my car at walmart.

Review 90：The sister of the owner refused to allow me to speak to anyone above her about her lack of courtesy and her consistent rudeness even though I continued to be as friendly as possible. I told her I was sorry for waking her as it was late and she rolled her eyes and just swiped my card. It wasn't until the end of the transaction that she told me that she didn't have a smoking room that I had reserved and told me that I would have to have a nonsmoking room. I asked her to accommodate since she already swiped my card and it was midnight and she refused and told me to go somewhere else that they don't need my business tonight. I was apalled. I have never been treated so poorly by the staff here and I have been coming for years. I live in Temecula and my fiance lives in Riverside so we meet here to see each other when we have days off. We had to go after both having long days of work to another hotel in the middle of the night. This was just the poorest customer service ever and I would not ever recommend coming here. I promise you will not enjoy it.
Review 91：The previous owner Tom would accommodate smoking in a nonsmoking room as do several other facilities in the area. This owner doesn't care about the client and his sister, who works the graveyard, will tell you to your face that they don't care.

Review 113：Breakfast here is a joke, all you get is some biscuit & gravy, terrible coffee and 1 type of cereals. the walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the rooms next to you and also noise from the main street. Also, the hotel is quite far from most of the places where you can eat (except from Dattillo's which is kind of expensive Italian restaurant).

The bed was right next to the door and the bedding was cheap & disgusting. The TV was mounted on the wall to the left of the bed not across. The floor was tiled. It just was felt cheap & gross and made our stay there very unpleasant, we couldn't bring ourselves to even stay the night. Completely disappointing.
