Reviews for Pension Alpenblick

Review 1:The ceilings would be a bit low for anyone above 6 feet tall.

Review 2:Although it's quite a trek up the mountain, the Pension Alpenblick is close to both the bus stop and the Gondelbahn stop. It's a tough trek with luggage, but once you are there it's easy to get from place to place. Arnold and Marianne were very friendly and we enjoyed breakfast. Amazing views!

Review 3:Had to kneel in the bathtub to take a shower. Impossible to stand upright - small bathtub in the corner under slanted roof.

Review 4:Friendly, quiet, great value for money. Good breakfast selection.

Review 5:Possibly overpriced

Review 6:Lovely location, a pleasant welcome (even though the host only spoke german and we didn't), room was clean and warm, good shower room. A nice breakfast with good coffee !!

Review 7:When we arrived there were no hotel staff on site, the bar tender checked us in and gave us the key. The hotel manager stopped by later to settle the bill. It was the off season and we were the only guests though, which perhaps explains the odd staffing hours.

Review 8:Was in a great location and at a great price.

Review 9:If you use hotel sheets on the beds you have to pay additional for them. We had our own sheets with us. Confusing to sort out bill with language problems.

Review 10:Great location for a summer stay, high up in the mountains with stunning views. Very close to lots of beautiful places to visit. You get what is advertised. A clean room, a comfy bed at a reasonable price. Décor is a little dated, but everything is functional and very clean. When you book budget friendly accommodation you have to be realistic. We booked the holiday flat so had plenty of space and a kitchen, which was well equipped. Plently of plates, cups etc and oven and coffee machine. Wifi was available when we asked and was working fine. Owners available at the property.

Review 11:One of the best views you can wake-up to!

Review 12:The smell. Not sure what it was.

Review 13:The views

Review 17:Location

Review 18:Staff is quiet, BnB not modern but has the chalet look. Rooms have a good space. location is perfect for young family with kids from 4 years old.

Review 19:Fantastic scenery

Review 20:Wifi advertised but not available Hot drinks ditto - though a member of staff did boil a kettle for me to have a cup of tea

Review 21:Plentiful breakfast in a room with the most stunning view of Alpine scenery imaginable

Review 22:Probably advisable to bring earplugs: I could literally hear everything through the walls (conversations of the neighbours, a couple making love, a man coughing etc...)

Review 23:Breakfast was very good!

Review 24:charged extra for towels , bed linen and cleaning which was extortionate. This doubled the original price and for only one nights stay was not good value for money

Review 25:scenery , spacious

Review 26:I would like to reduce the price of the hotel because the price is not fare with hotel condition

Review 27:I appreciated the peaceful setting and the lovely views. Just right for chilling out at. The continental breakfast was good and the host friendly.

Review 28:Breakfast not great, but ok for price

Review 29:Price, hot water, comfortable bed, location

Review 30:No signs to show the way.

Review 31:Breakfast was great

Review 32:Rooms withaut TV

Review 33:Nothing wrong with the pension itself, but I was quite suprised at the smell of cow dung everywhere.

Review 34:Clean and quiet environment

Review 35:No mirrors in the rooms

Review 36:Lovely kitchen

Review 37:Up hill walk to ski lifts difficult in ski boots! Expensive although this is Switzerland so everything is.

Review 38:Cute alpine chalet close to ski lifts.
