Review 2：Excellent location, has parking under hotel. 50mtrs from magnificent beach. Rooftop pool and view is great, and a good breakfast. Staff courteous and helpful.big room and very clean.

The replacement room was slightly larger, cleaner but lacked the sea view we were to have had. Even at check out the bill couldn't be settled easily as there was a queue of people waiting and the internet/eftpos wasn't working ....

Review 5：Nice place. Kindly awaited our late arrival. Pool closes too early, no wifi in rooms but very clean and comfortable and excellent breakfast. Nice balcony and great water pressure. Wifi in libby fine, and really no problem for a short term stay. Would definitely recommend.

Review 6：our room 408 had 4 broken tiles in the bathroom around the taps, it was unacceptable,if the bus tours experienced that situation,they would be very unhappy,perhaps they would not visit again,as they have to consider their patrons,we all pay our rooms,to be perfect.

Review 52：The key card reader for our room was not reading our key. First one staff person then another came help. Finally, while one staff person tried checking to see if the upstairs door to the deck might provide an opportunity for entry, I managed to get the card to read one time. Once the door was opened, there was no offer for us to change rooms, no resolution to the problem, and no further comment about it whatsoever. We resorted to keeping windows and doors unlocked in the event that the key card continued to give us problems, which it did. I understand that problems happen, but we were disappointed that it was not adequately addressed. Again, the room that we were in had a hard stairway in it. Fortunately our 19 month old is navigating stairs well these days, but I was still nervous at times. Finally, if you intend to stay here, and you are hoping to use the pool, bring swimming caps. You are not allowed to enter the pool without one. Reception sells the caps for 4.5 Euro a piece.

Review 53：We booked a room for our family of four. As it turns out, the room was a pretty fabulous 1 Bedroom Apartment, and a large one at that. There was a large bed upstairs and a pullout couch and a cot downstairs. It was a very pleasant space, with a nice deck off of the second floor with a table a chairs. The staff at the hotel were all reasonable friendly. Both breakfast and parking were free. The hotel is probably a two or three minute walk to the beach. Nazare is a fun town. Anybody who is there instead of the Mediterranean in hopes that they will see a few more waves may be disappointed when they see the beach. Those people would do well to find a way to Praia do Norte on the other side of the cliffs to the north of the beach. At least the day we were there, that beach had considerably better waves and only a handful of people.

Review 54：The pictures show the hotel not really as it presents itself in reality. The hotel cannot provide any room with direct sea view in front - the bay can be seen only totally to your left or to your right. Tje breakfast buffet rather poor. However the buiding as seen from outside and the reception is quite eye-catching in comparison to other hotels in Nazare. Glass door to the bathroom not well fitting the doorframe does not ensure any privacy. Huge construction site to the left. Overpriced.

Review 55：To pay 160 euros for a romantic package. When I arrived to the room there was nothing romantic there, not even a single flower or a postcard, nothing, very poor and expensive. Do not recomended this package.

Review 57：Swimming pool: bathing cap is mandatory. It's not something we put in luggages for vacation... especially for a baby Cleaning crew removed/moved our items. Luckily we noticed it before leaving.

Review 59：If you are not on a high floor, you will not have any view whatsoever. We did not like the pool at all...it is very small and a swim cap is obligatory or they ask you to leave the pool. We, like most people, don't travel with swim caps, so we just went to the beach instead.

We had small children with us who stayed downstairs, which gave us a real sense of having our room (despite it being a loft). We loved Nazare too. Great city with amazing views, excellent food and a terrific beach. Hotel was just one block from beach.

Review 69：Breakfast:the poorest I have ever had. In 12 days nothing changed (samekind of cheese and there was only one; scrumbled eggs and bacon, milk &cereals and some fruits). No trace of vegetables, we bought these fromthe market opposite the hotel. So, if you can book it without breakfast,it will be a good choice. Or a better one: try another hotel Absolutelynot a 4 star hotel. That was why I choosed this one instead of a 3 starhotel, but there I realized that wasn;t the best idea. You have to payfor the internet in the room while in many other places there you havewi-fi for free.
