Review 1：Location is not convenient but I knew that already. But it is further than I thought from the centre, of course it can not be changed! Breakfast waitress too attentive, too close and too quick to clear.

Review 3：The hotel is a bit far away from the city center but the taxis are very cheap and fast to arrive, so you can get there for 2-3€ anytime.

Review 4：The price-quality ratio is perfect. Totally enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym which are open from 7am till 11pm daily. Everything in the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Also the breakfasts are diverse and hearty.

Checking out was adisaster, took over half an hour as the front desk girl wanted to chargeme an amount which was not agreed.Finally a Manager had to intervene,even then she had very poor computer knowledge and had difficulty givingme an invoice to pay. The restaurant was the other major disasterarea.Servers were not trained.Had no idea what they were doing andwhy.Food took on the average 40 minutes to arrived from ordering but thestaff kept telling me it will be there in five minutes, which was noteven close to being true.Breakfast offering was the worst I have everseen.None of the traditional items of food were offered although it ascalled a "buffet".Coffee was the worst I ever had.Although themake was fine "Illy" they did not use enough in making coffeeso it ended up being nothing more than coloured water.Location is verybad.Way too far from the City and major attractions as well as the trainstation etc. The restaurant was a good distance away from the lobby. Itjust did not seem like a hotel for welcoming guests for a pleasant stay.I will nevver stay there again.

They would come with food and then have to go back and get every thing ells. We ordered dinner and the waiter had forgotten to bring the soup and Salad. before the main meal. They where just offal.

Review 31：Saksagan is a beautiful unique hotel with a great staff of young people who are willing to provide whatever assistance is needed. It is very clean and everything is very well organized and planned. The morning breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant was open for lunch and dinner in a great atmosphere with live music for the evening meal.
