Review 1：Some of the dinner dishes were not very good. For example: the trout and other fish on offer were very dry and could not be eaten. Consequently we went to the Ryba Basta on the lake to have our dinners which was a better place to dine.

Review 2：Free swimming pools, beautiful rooms and all facilities were excellent. I would highly recommend this as one of the best and prettiest places I have been to.

Review 3：The restaurant Apolon in the Spa serves food until 19.00 only even when it says 9-23.00. The guests should really know this. The hotel breakfast doesn't serve fresh juice and the selection of fruits is limited. The hotel decor is a bit over the top.

Review 4：The staff is very courteous. There is a direct bridge to the spa and the room is spacious. There are free bath robes provided with the rooms - it's handy for the spa. It would be cool if the hotel provided also plastic flip flops. The spa is pretty cool, although there is too many people from outside the hotel coming in.

Review 5：Over-crowded indoor and outdoor pools. Being used as a "swimming pool" during summer days by non-hotel guests. After the short rain, outdoor areas were not cleaned for the rest of the day, sun beds wet, etc. Drinks in the pool-bar very expensive (sea-side promenade in Portorose is cheaper).

Review 7：Unfortunately inside the pool area was smell from toilets, which is unacceptable for a hotel on that level. The bar was closed at 11pm which was a bit dissapointing. The room was built from a paper i think. I ve heard every thing from the room next to us.

Review 8：The wellness was really nice, we loved the sauna rituals. WiFi conection was really good. The barman supervisor in Afrodita palace was friendly and professional. The charwoman was very helpful as well as the bellman was.

Review 17：For massages it is necessary to schedule 3 days before. I called the Hotel 2 days before and the receptionist told me that it wasn't necessary to schedule massages. In short: my husband and me cold not do massage, because it was completely full.

Review 19：Everybody says so, but it's worth emphasizing: It's too complicated to find your way between hotel and spa!! A few big signs would help a lot, esp. in what floor, which elevator and which corridor to take.

Review 20：Impressive interior, very nice and relaxed staff, big room, tasty breakfast and most of all, it's very convenient to be directly connected with the spa and that the price is included. You have to check out till 11 AM, but you can still use the wellness till 2 PM.

Review 24：supper was very verydul and expensive supper time till 22,00 and we arrived at 21.00 we had to eat outside the hotel

Review 25：Included breakfast was average in terms of choices and taste. Decaf coffee and cappuccino were at extra costs. Room wasn't resupplied with towels and products. Hotel was being renovated from outside and even if on 4th floor workers were constantly looking inside to the extent we had to close most curtains. Otherwise, a very good hotel.

Review 27：- long waiting for registration (even it was booked by internet before), cca 10 min for person (I was 3rd in a row, so 30 minutes for welcome was unbelievable for me) - the air-condition doesn't work! It was still in AUTO mode, even after setting desired value - in the afternoon the hot water didn't work, so I couldn't take a shower ! - almost impossible to get to the massage, it's full all the time - hotel I was living in was under the reconstruction (even according to the web page it should be finished 1 month ago) so if I want to get out I had to go through the another building which kills 5 minutes every time

Review 28：- spa itself was great - all the pools, tubes and saunas were superb - direct access to the pools from the hotel - so you can go straight from the room in a bathrobe - it's very close to mountain (for hiking)
