Review 1：Check in was very quick and the property was very easy to find. Location was great, breakfast the next morning was very good. The corner suite and pool were perfect for our family!

Review 2：Very difficult to get our bags to the 4th floor after checking in. We had to take an elevator in another building then take a few steps down, go across a few feet in a breezeway and up some more steps. There should be a ramp to roll luggage on rather than or in addition to the steps,

Review 3：Great location right on the lake. Room was attractive and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Very little noise could be heard from adjoining rooms which was wonderful

Review 6：The food was horrible and staff there it was like I bothered them to put more coffee in the pot. The beach was filthy! Cigarette buds everywhere and pop cans beer cans bird poop all over chairs. Just gross!

Review 8：The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. Breakfast was the same every day (if there was anything left). The use of "tip" jars/envelopes was not appropriate for the level of service we received.

That we were on the 3rd floor which you had to take an elevator up in one building then take a small flight of stairs down and then a flight of stairs up to our floor and room. Traveling with young children and staying for 4 days,we had a lot of luggage. Then the wifi wasn't reliable or always working.

Review 16：When I checked in I think it took about 20 minutes to check in so that the staff could speak with other staff while I checked in. I thought that I was getting a lakefront room, that was not correct. No wifi and Television for 1 day of 2 day trip. Breakfast food all out around 9:15 am but didn't close until 10 am.

After being settled in we chose to stay in the room we had. We were satisfied...tHo some customers rudeness leaving spit on wall was gross.. cleaning staff needs to check elevators/hot tub room more often. Otherwise very satisfied..would stay there again:)

Review 30：One of the amenities of this hotel is that they have an elevator. Yes, that is true, but there is a flight of stairs to get to the elevator and 2 flights down from our room on the 3rd floor. I use a cane and was struggling the whole trip with the stairs. It rained while we were there and the rooms all exit outside, so we got wet every time we walked out the door. I will never stay there again. I was quoted a price for our 2 day stay by Booking.com, but was charged $20.00 more. The manager, Dave, said the price had changed since the quote. Really!!!

Review 56：I do not like how the bathroom is arranged. The sink should not have been built in bedroom area. The sink should stay in the bathroom as a whole so that while one family member is resting/sleeping they are not disturbed by the other member using the sink to perform personal care.

Review 57：Cleanliness POOR! Carpet in our Suite was filthy & had candy stuck to the carpet! There were a lot of spiders & webs various places. The breakfast location wasn't good and wasn't as clean as we would have preferred. We will NOT stay at this hotel again!

Review 59：The Clarion had to work very hard on July 4th to find accomodations for my family. The booking.com site failed and I will not use you again. I had the numbers and confirmations and the Clarion never received the info from you. They did find me a room and I highly recommend their service for me. It was well over $100 more for what I needed but I was not going to be running all over the city for a deal on the 4th.
