Review 1：We were looking for inexpensive but this motel seemed to pair down even the most basic usual services. Not even little shampoos, let along some of the other amenities that are commonly found in inexpensive hotels. And I found a long black hair in the bed when I turned back the blankets! There were not enough towels for two people. The imitation wood floors were extremely cold. Finally, the WiFi was extremely weak and seemed to stop totally at about 10:00 p.m.

Review 3：the heater didn't work very well and we had the refrigerator on 2 and it froze all our food so we had to throw it out and go to restaurants. was not happy about that as we don't like to go out to eat. too expensive. should be compensated for the inconvenience

Review 5：staff attention to detail. Assistance in directions. The room was immaculate and equipped with Direct TV and WiFi for work and relaxation. I'm sure we will return many times in the future. We left rested and relaxed.
Review 6：Pillows were flat and in need of replacement. Upon check in no amenities in the bathroom. Only one bath towel to be found. No refrigerator. When they brought one it didnt work so we had to wait for another one. It just simply did not go well. We spent a lot of time asking for things that should have already been in the room
Review 7：The room had a horrible oder we had to go buy airfreshener the toilet ran continuously the drapes were torn and did not close properly the floor did not look mopped and hair all in the bathroom needless to say I cleaned the room myself.will not recommend this place to anyone and will never stay there again.

Review 9：We rented 2 rooms.. The second rooms phone didn't work, the wifi didnt work, the bathroom flooded, there was a funky smell. We are in the process to get a refund for that room.
Review 10：Deposit had to be paid as I was paying cash. Didn't like the torn curtains and the retro design of the room. needed more towels and smell of paint or smoke.
Review 11：The photos show a nice hot tub and pool. We got there after riding a couple hundred miles on our motorcycles to find the hot tub cemented over and the pool closed and half empty. The room did not have any dressers or even a closet to hang your clothes or jackets up.
Review 12：The towels could use some updating, the hand towel was more like a wash cloth and the bath towel was more like a hand towel. That was our only complaint.
Review 13：I liked that there was no carpet in the rooms and they were very clean. For the price this was a nice place to stay for just the one night we were passing through.
Review 14：We stayed a total of five nights there. Pets are for free. Free and really fast Wifi. Good location (Round Mountain Hiking Park is in walking distance). Free coffee. Hot water on demand. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room with micro and fridge. Instant hot water. Excellent value for the money. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Review 17：Checked in at 3 am after a long flight and drive and had to check out by 11 am or pay for another day you would think you could get some rest but owner didn't care the time before was great but after my last experience I will pay 100 dollars more and stay somewhere that cares about travelers.
Review 18：The fridge was placed on a nightstand and subject to tipping over. New towels and linens would be nice, but maybe that will be done when they are finished with the remodeling. The heater/cooler was NOISEY

They didoffer coffee in the lobby, but when I get up in the morning, I don'twant to have to get dressed, walk across a parking lot in the cold andrub elbows in the lobby with the other people when my eyes are barelyopen. Also, their television was quite limited in channel selection.
Review 21：I liked the little luncheonette table/booth in the room that allowedmy to hook up my laptop. There was a lawn nearby to my room that allowedme to walk my dogs. The staff at the office counter were delightful andeager to please.
Review 22：Pillows were awful . Lumpy. One was even dirty. Bed covers were stained. Toilet was cracked in front, had been patched, but still leaked. Curtin had holes in it.

Review 75：The bed was very uncomfortable and the room even though it was suppose to be a nonsmoking room, smelled like smoke. I am glad we brought extra pillows because the quality of the pillows were very poor. Also the Wi-Fi did not work.

Cig. buts everywhere, we were here 2 yrs ago and it looks like the same buts in the same places. the outside just needs a little clean up and it would look great.

I'm sure once the renovations are done it will look alot better. The fridge was on the floor which made opening the door very difficult.
