Review 1：The reception lady was very unfriendly and the rooms were really bad (mould, old beds, bad bathroom, really old fashion) - breakfast was minimal but OK and the view really nice.

Review 4：Great building with a lot of original features from the 60s. If you are into Mad Man you are going to like it! Beautiful breakfast room / restaurant with amazing view. Very nice staff. The furniture is a bit dated but we didn't mind. We had a meal in the restaurant and it was actually very good.

Review 5：We asked for a room on the side of Rua da Rosa and we got a great room on the third floor with lovely views over the town and the sea. Breakfast is on the 4th floor which has panoramic views of the whole town and the cliffs and old town of Sitio. The staff were friendly and the price was good. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Review 6：Very old rooms with old furniture and bathrooms. It smells a bit bad also. The lift is not very big but works ok. Hotel would be excellent if renovated.

As I did not do it on bookings .com in time, so had to pay extra night when I wanted to check out. Much nicer places to stay in this destination. Much better value available. Staff not well trained at desk.

Review 10：In compare with other hotels, the price for a room was expensive because of a high season, I found it's not worth it actually.

Review 11：Breakfast with sea view was nice, self-serving with a lot kinds of bread with a toaster, orange juice (not 100%), butter, fruit jam, some fruits, cerials, milk, ham, yaourt etc. Air-conditionning was useful in August, a room with a balcony with the hill view in front.

Review 20：Terrible feeling of a hotel that has not been renovated for 30 years, freezing lobby and breakfast room, complete lack of service. Worst of all: The most expensive hotel in town. Don't og unless you have to (as we did). Booking.com should not offer this hotel.

Review 22：Carparking not available near hotel. Closest parking was 5 mins away. Breakfast was a joke - bread rolls a tray with a few slices of meat, another tray with a few slices of cheese, two cereals, orange juice, tea/coffe. The bread for toast was not replenished. Not value for money.

Review 24：- It's not 3* standard- Rooms and Hotel itself are very old and dirty - the bath is really old, ugly and not hygienic at all We even found hairs from other people there - receptionists are not helpful (they did not even have a city map...) - no parking place The free one, which is advertised is always highly full In front of the hotel there are few parking places with fee (maximum 3 hours) My personal Tip: go to another hotel, even if it is a little bit more expensive!!
