Review 1：I didn't get my money refunded. Sad when people take advantage of poor disabled people like me with such a low Income.

Review 16：The buffet breakfast was disappointing: the biscuits were dried out, the gravy was cold, and the sausage patties were also dry. Only 1 toaster available, which lead to a long wait for toasted items. Ended up leaving and eating elsewhere.

Our clothing likewise started feeling damp. Therewere several cob webs highly visible in the corners of the room. Wefinally couldn't take it anymore and checked out and found anotherplace to stay. I would rate it an "F"!!!

The unit was replaced due to bacteria build up but the manager did not understand the seriousness of health risk involved with this issue specially when dealing with younger children The manager was more concerned about her broken glasses than guest issue.She did want to continue our conversation and she hung up.

Review 34：NO WiFi! I was told they were having problems in the complex and they restarted router several times. We had 3 different devices and none of them worked. I complained to the manager at checkout and she blamed my devices and told me they never lost WiFi. So I was lied to and then blamed for their problem. The manager told me since WiFi was free she wouldn't do anything and what was she supposed to do. I told her she could have moved us to a room that worked it they didn't have a problem. She told me I was rude and arrogant and to leave or she would call the police... Then after she ordered me out she charged my card an extra $143. So now I guess I'M OUT CASH FOR COMPLAINING.

Review 39：I had a balcony room with a beautiful view! The pillows were great , bed comfy to. It was the perfect spot for a mother and son. Walking distance to everything , very close!!

Review 45：I'm not sure how this place gets such great ratings, really. Upon checking in, well after the appointed check in time, we were given a room. Once we hauled our stuff up to the room, we found out it wasn't ready yet and were moved to a somewhat dungeonous room at the end of the floor whose only window looked out onto an enclosed hallway. Creepy. When we asked to be moved to a different room with some natural light, we were treated as though we were a hassle. The rooms were so-so; nothing to write home about, especially for the exorbitant, tourist-season price. Through the whole experience, the staff were not very personable and instead made us feel like an unwelcome interruption. Our second night in the area, we stayed at the Crooked River Lodge in Alanson, which was AMAZING! I'd recommend the lodge any day of the week.

Review 46：The location is great. Really great. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown, ferries and fudge. I also loved being able to walk down to the beach at night and lounge on the chairs. The breakfast was also nice. Three cheers for continental breakfasts!

I had to tighten the seat cover, the shower head has calcium buildup on it, there was a ring around the bottom of the tub, the tissue paper holder was full of rust, missing grout on the floor tiles and there was black stuff on the ceiling above the tub that looked like black mold. For the breakfast I found a piece of hair in the gravy and the orange juice tasted sour.

Good luck with the comment card too, they make you go over it with them during checkout and don't have a drop box. Very bad experience, will never stay here again.

Review 70：The air conditioning in the room reeked of urin the first night. we reported this to the front desk staff and were assured it would be fixed. The second night the ac did not work at all. We asked to speak to the manager and for a reduction in the price of the room and were told the manager (Julie) was not in and would not return until 10am the next morning. We had to leave by 9 am. The hotel also advertises "award winning breakfast". On the first morning there was no protein of any kind for breakfast. Eggs were not available at all either morning and the one person working the breakfast line was not able to keep up with the demand. This is way below industries standards and unacceptable. None of our concerns were addressed or resolved. Needless to say, we will not be staying at Best Western facilities any longer.

Review 71：Did not like the fact that I had to ask about water park passes for water park at another hotel. That information should be volunteered on website and also told when checking in. Did not care for such small refrigerator. Some of the staff seemed to take their time on purpose when it was obvious they were not real busy and could take care of your needs. So I would just walk away and go back later. Before and after eating at Dixies Saloon we were told very negative comments. Food was good there but told their kitchen was not clean. That comment came after we are there. Maybe think about not sending your guests their to eat.

No one wants to go down to the pool to put their suit on & have a bag of clothes, then dry off & change back into clothes to walk through cold weather back to their room. It is too much of a process when other hotels have totally enclosed hotels. The pool area is very nice & clean though. Everything else about this hotel was great. The location couldn't be better for convenience to the ferrys & shopping. Parking was limited when we arrived at 11pm for check in & there was no place to park. Thankfully the manager was leaving & we could have her spot.

It was really disappointing so I'm glad we only paid $109 for the night.
