Review 1：Although the staff was ready to serve the almost total ignorance of English in all parts of the hotel, made communication difficult. Breakfast was very rich, freshly made, with many local products, charged in addition.

Review 2：Perfect choice in value for money. New modern hotel deservedly justifies its category. Big room, big bathroom, perfectly clean. Very good free wi fi. Excellent roof top bar and restaurant with good prices and nice view. Although not in the center of the city, is very close to it and with very easy access. The parking place is on the positive. An other positive is the presence of a shoping mall within walking distance. Rys hotel will be again my choice in my next visit.

Review 15：Below two items are easy to be improved by rys. But that's what experienced; - uncooled room before arrival. The room was very hot when checked in and it needed time to cool. Hotel would have called and asked our eta. - twin beds attached to make a single bed. The middle of the bed was sinking down a bit which did not feel good.

Review 18：The water pressure and temperature at the showers was not stable. There was that cold-warm effect and the pressure was not adequate to have a pleasant shower. Supprisingly men and women can't be on the spa at the same day. Not many english speaking personel.

I stayed last Sunday and Monday. Sunday is mens day and Monday is mens day again as it is the first day of the week.??Disappointed as it isn't mentioned at the time of the booking.

Review 26：A common problem for hotels that are not in Instanbul or the popular summer resorts - staff's English skills are poor. They couldn't understand crucial words such as pharmacy, headache, etc. Although it says 'complimentary water', they will still charge you for the water in the minibar.

Review 86：The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Edirne is not a big city so it was close to the center.. a short walk to the main attractions. the staff was helpful.

Review 87：Breakfast; the eggs and pastries were all cold, and it was only 9 o'clock in the morning. Air conditioning unit; it was quite hot when we arrived and we wanted to use AC, but there were only two options operational, the fan and the heating.

Review 88：We enjoyed our stay in this apparently very new hotel. Everything was excellent, the hotel was very clean, staff very polite and helpful. We had dinner at the roof restaurant, the atmosphere was very good with a very wide angle view of the area, not just the city. The bar at the ground floor, Variant, offered different facilities like chess, table football, billiards, play station. Lastly, after 5 minutes of walking around the hotel, we found ourselves on a street full of bars, some of them with live music :)

Review 89：Because Turkey is a muslim country, the spa was open only for women oneday and only for men the next one. The food in the restaurant was notgood at all. For example we ordered gnocci and they brought us simplepasta, the salads were not very tasteful ect. Also we were not impressedby the cocktails we ordered. In the restaurant and the spa the staffknew only a few words in English which made communication difficult. Ithink these are things that I would not expect to find in Turkey. Iwould certainly stay again in the hotel without eating or havingcocktails in it.

Also the decorationof the restaurant/bar was very nice on the top floor of the hotel.Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful at all times.The breakfast was amazing, there was everything on the long buffet! Thespa facilities were in general very good. The price of the hotel and therestaurant/bar were very good for a 4star hotel. Location great forus that had a car.

Review 91：We was 3 couples and we chose this hotel for the good review score and the spa facilities. Unfortunately we could not use it together but separate men and women on different days only. We think that this is happens due to muslim religion. The hotel must inform the customers about that on all reservation sites.

Ammenities were awesome. I've traveled all over the world and RYS Hotel, with its cleanliness, and luxury, was outstanding.

Review 98：I wanted to have a massage in several occasion but there was no one togive massage for female and I was not allowed to use the male stuff togive massage, I find it very strange that the spa could not have a backup staff , that was disappointment coz I was planning to have massageevery day but I could not .In the TV room , there was no others services but the TV channels , the room bill , the music and the movie service was not working . Usually in hotels when you want to check out , the reception send some one to get your luggage , I had to drag two luggage with me down by my self .

Review 103：The worst service hotel we had experienced in Turkey trip. The hotel rate is not cheap at all, our room airconditioning doesn't work, the next morning, there was no hot water, so, we took cold water shower. When we checked out at front desk, we complained to the staff and manager, they didn't even say or express sorry for us.
