Review 1：I personally would have preferred a softer bed; and maybe shower caps in rooms with bathroom facilities

Review 3：Only one fault. Person next to our unit parked over the lines (the park was generous in size) with extra tram line space betwen. This made it difficult to get out of the passenger side of our car.

Review 23：This is an older style motel which the owners have renovated our room was freshly painted and the bed which was very comfortable looked new along with the other furniture. It was a spacious double. the motel had a guest user breakfast room which had a microwave and other kitchen utensils. We used this for both dinner and breakfast.

Review 29：The hotel was in a great location only a short walk to the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was quite large and comfortable and well maintained. There is access to a breakfast room with microwaves, toasters and crockery available for guest use. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for a small charge.
Review 30：The warm and friendly owner and staff, the central location of the property, the clean and comfortable room. It's not a fancy place but has everything you need to enjoy a stay in this lovely town. Very good value for money.
Review 31：As discussed with staff on leaving our only disappointment was with the shower in room 5. Would cut in and out the hot water, making it very unpleasant. Previous stay in room 3 last year had no issues. Staff acknowledged our concerns and were going to look into it.

Last two stays experienced door problems,security latch pulls out from frame,bow in door makes it extremely difficult to open with key or close without vigorous slam. Both occasions. Bright smoke alarm light directly above eyes in darkened room is disturbing. Hand basin is not up to other recent improvements. A small rate increase would be preferred to eliminate these problems. l

Review 74：The bus from Adelaide stops directly behind the City Inn; Pleasant walking distance to all destinations around the place, including supermarkets and lots of dining facilities. The man at the reception helped us to organize a taxi service to reach the ferry to Kangaroo Island the next morning.

Review 77：The wash basin is absolutely a wrong design on the tap!! There is two individual tap for hott and cold water outlet flow. It should be only one common outlet flow instead so we could adjust he water termperature by using hot and cold water. But the stupid design is not. Each tap flow out hot water or cold water. You put your hands on hot water it scald and burn you, on the cold water tap it freeze your hands especiially during winter time while we are there. Ended up we have to use e bathroom shower to brush our teeth and wash the kitchen utensils etc!!!!
