Review 1：The rooms were cold. There was hair on our blanket when we first got there. The bathroom was freezing all the time. There was a cold draft underneath the heater. The breakfast food was horrible and the staff lacked experience at the bar considering what was available.the pool smelled and reaked of urine. Lots of teens and people that were not a part of the hotel hanging outside of the hotel normally at night.

Review 3：The room is very clean with a very crisp bed sheets. My husband and I slept like my 12 month old baby. The internet access is fast unlike other hotels that we've been to. Also I like the fact that there is a descent office table and I was able to finish my work while my children sleeps.

Review 4：The staff was awesome. Booking.com failed to send over the booking confirmation so we were inconvenienced by Booking.com by having to wait. However, the hotel attend remained pleasant and helpful throughout the entire process. I will never use Booking.com again as this is my second incident with them but I will stay at this hotel again.

Review 6：I did not like the small bathroom ! I also didn't like that housekeeping did not clean the room well!!! Additionally I could not believe they would make a bed with spikes sheets !!!! Finally , I can't believe they sent me up sheets to change the bed in the hotel I was paying for !!!

Review 12：The facility had no washer and dryers for a 9 day stay. The housekeeping staff didn't communicate with front staff when we checked in and gave us feather /down pillows after telling them we travel with a child with asthm .

Review 14：not worth the money! Understaffed. Charged me more than what I was told on booking.com. They were not ready for the 3pm check in. We weren't able to check in until close to 4 which made us late for the concert we were there for. And we weren't the only ones. Lobby was full of people trying to check in. They had 2 people working the front who's job duties consisted of checking people in, barista, bartender, and cooks. All at once! They were not very nice but I don't blame them. They were overwhelmed.

Review 16：Entire hotel was immaculate, including pool area; but the sides/walls around the pool were filthy and grimy, water was murky. For this standard of hotel, that was really surprising.

Review 36：Soon as you walk in, the scent in the hotel was fantastic, customer service from Marco was great, smiling, laughter, eager to help, the greeting from all staff was so polite, I got exactly what I requested, best sleep I've had in a long time. Comfortable bed and pillows....omg, felt like clouds. I will most definitely return, I had the most relaxing stay ever. Thank you.

Review 37：Didn't care for the physical layout of our room (431). Poor design with the bathroom being open to the bedroom and extremely small and hard to access closet.
