Review 1：No mosquito nets over the beds (we got badly bitten despite using sprays).
Review 2：Location; stunning beach with superb snorkelling within metres (plenty of equipment provided free). Beach-hut style rooms finished to an exceptional standard. Plus great, friendly service.

Review 7：The resort restaurant is beach front with crystal clear water a mere 50ft away, we thoroughly enjoyed our drinks & meals with sea breeze, sounds of waves & especially the quiet ambience because resort at the end tip of sunrise beach away from crowd. Front manager Jacky is helpful with recreational info & arrangement of private boat tour, and appreciate the farewell photos on the memorable trip. We had a pleasant surprise that restaurant had iberico ham in their menu with a Spanish chef, chef Kiko & restaurant staffs are friendly. We ate most time at restaurant during our stay, thank to them all for making us feel at home during our 4 night stay. The only shortfall is the lack of hotel pick up upon our arrival. We took a tut tut ownself to resort & it was a tedious uphill climb coming from the back of resort, with our luggages unattended at the foothill of resort. It was not a good first impression. We wish to go back again. Very much recommended this resort.
Review 8：Ten Moons was an amazing place. My wife and I were celebrating our 15th anniversary. We decided to go to the island of Koh Lipe because it was quite remote and yet also had modern resort facilities. Koh Lipe is a small island surrounded by a number of even smaller uninhabited islands and a couple larger islands, none of which has the facilities that Koh Lipe has.We flew into Phuket and took a speedboat the next morning at 8:30 from Phuket to Koh Lanta. That was a somewhat harrowing experience :) The speedboat is very fast and bumpy, but the staff were competent. We changed boats in Koh Lanta and continued on to Koh Lipe, stopping at 6 or 7 islands to drop off passengers along the way. We arrived in Koh Lipe at 1:30. There is no harbor or dock at Koh Lipe so the speedboat drops passengers off at a pontoon off the coast from Pattaya beach. The whole speedboat trip from Phuket to Koh Lipe cost 3900 baht (about $115), although the return trip was only 3400 baht because we booked it a couple days in advance. There was also an unexpected 200 baht charge to arrive at the island because it is now part of the national park system.We sent our arrival details to the hotel and they sent a boat taxi to pick us up at the pontoon. The taxi from the pontoon to Ten Moons took about 5 minutes.There are resorts on Sunrise Beach, Sunset Beach, and Pattaya Beach on Koh Lipe, along with other hotels, resorts, camping spots, and hostels scattered in the inland areas. Sunrise Beach was definitely the best place to stay. The beach is cleaner, calmer, and more beautiful than the other locations. Ten Moons is at one end of the beach, somewhat hidden by trees and rocks from the other spots on Koh Lipe. It couldn't be a better location.We were greeted by professional and friendly staff. The room was perfect. We were in bungalow 9 which is one longish flight of wooden stairs off of the beach. The view was amazing: sea, sand, trees.

The all-you-can-order breakfast was very yummy! The transfer from and to the drop-off point was complimentary and our check-in was so friendly and easy. We felt so welcome and appreciated by everyone!

Review 15：This place is definitely the best resort I've stayed in in south-east Asia so far. Mind you, I have been at the Hilton in BKK or at the Mandarin Oriental in SG, but nowhere compares to this place. The vibe is just right! Bungalows are comfortable, spacious, clean and nice, secluded from the other resorts so no one will walk around it. The beach is definitely the best corner of the nicest beach of Ko Lipe; the staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful, bar/restaurant also very good and the breakfast is very tasty! I regret going back to Langkawi after only 4 nights here...:(

Review 18：- The resort should consider bring up smoking policy if they care for all types of guests. We traveled with our kids and are allergic to smoke. We disappointed that everyone're allowed to smoke everywhere even in the dining area. - The room was built with light wood, so you will hear everything from outside even a whisper of the guest next door.
Review 19：The resort located in the quiet part of the island. We went to three beaches and felt lucky that we chose to stay here (if you like privacy). All amenities provided by the resort is much enough for a comfortable stay in a beautiful nature 75 km offshore. I found the staffs were friendly and helpful also we've got pick up by the resort's boat upon our arrival, unlike other reviews said which was convenient.
Review 20：Outside the beach area of the hotel it is VERY polluted. Seems to be a general issue on the island. Be ready to slow down - this is Thai, so no wi-fi for the 3 days we stayed seemed not a priority issue to fix ( might be for the better ;) Taxi boat on arrival could have been offered, just a suggestion (may be on get directions section). There was practically no sea view from our room 9, due to plants and trees in front of it, but we enjoyed the views from the "lobby".
Review 21：Beautiful views and a very nice staff, trying to comfort guests to their best. Helpful in organizing part of our trip back to mainland. Food in the restaurant was very well balanced (few items, adapted) and tasty, breakfast was generous.

Staff is really nice and really attentionate to any need from receptionist to restaurant staff. It's possible to have a mosquito net if you request one. Snorkelling gear available for guest.

The rooms are very nice, we got number 13 with sea view. No doubt we are coming back if we ever go to Lipe again!

Review 28：Location, location, location! The view from this hotel looking over two private beaches is unbelievable. The staff were friendly, the owner too! The rooms are clean, modern and fitted with excellent remote controlled AC units. Nothing not to like.
Review 29：Our cabins on the beach were fantastic, but those further up the hill may have been a bit harder for older visitors to access easily. Not all guests may appreciate the dogs that seem to hang around the resort and dining area.
Review 30：Our host Jose was particularly kind and helpful when my wife had a bad accident on the boat getting to Koh Lipe. He helped us with transport and access to medical advice and his staff were very thoughtful and caring. The location of our cabin on the beach was very good as my wife was incapacitated for most of our holiday and it was an ideal location to rest and recuperate with access to what was effectively a small scenic private beach with good restaurants nearby. The snorkeling was great and the beach was beautiful.

Review 44：I booked beach front room but the view is blocked by a big tree.no ocean in the view. if you want the sea view make sure you have room number 1 or 2 only. i saw nothing from my room. quite disappointed. I might be the unlucky one but the room i got has moldy toilet, bugs everywhere and stinky room. Also, there s no shuttle service. i was waiting for the taxi while people from other resorts nearby get their private shuttle from their hotels. and no water in breakfast line. you have to pay extra for that. the beach is rocky . moldy snorkel gear , etc... in my lipe trip I stayed at 4 hotels and this hotel is the worst one.

I had a very poor connection in my room. However, it wasn't a big issue for us. I would highly recommend this place! You will enjoy the sunrise right in front of your room. I know why they need to do this and thedemand for " clean water" but surely there is a better way.When you get to town, buy the stainless Steel bottles which support theisland clean up program, it's free to fill then at the resorts andmost Buisnes & for sale at most stalls.Certainly not a bad strike for the 10 moons crew, when my partner was ill the owners came to check her in the room and care for the guests like family. Can't recoment staying here enough.
Review 63：Wow, this is like the place you picture in your head before you getthere, only this ones better.Private beach, secluded villa, perfect spot. It's the one you see in the movies which doesn't exist. Not till now......,opened on the 20 Dec this year it's exceeded my expectations already. Only been here 1 night and I love it. the staff are gently and kind, the owners never far away to chat mingle and make sure your experience is special. If you book online be sure to email the resort afterwards to assist you with transport arrangements; -Hat Yai airport to Pak Nam - fast boat from Pak Nam to Ko Lipe island ( pontoon 100 meters from shore) - Long boat from pontoon to sunrise beach let them know when you arrive and the will meet you on the beach and grab your bags from the long boat ( we got Thai SIM cards $15 AU 15 days of fast data and calls let the girls do the setup for you at the Airport) Well worth the effort, and you can island hop to Phuket when your ready to leave.
