Review 1：Location a little bit far from city center but definitely the best hotel in Krivoj Rog.

Review 3：Only one or two people could speak English, They have no idea what buffet breakfast should be.Not having butter when they give you toast is bizarre and they charge for coffee, as only tea is included in the buffet

Review 5：As a regular user of this hotel, I stay in Krivoy Rog approximately every month, I was very disappointed this visit with the restaurant. One moment I could get a Latte coffee then the next minute I was unable to get one. Either they do this coffee or they don’t. On a few occasions I had to have coffee which was not to my liking and I ended up paying for and then leaving it as I didn’t find it palatable. When my children visited me in the garden area on the Sunday morning I ordered food for them. One hour later the food still had not arrived. My children asked the waiter about the food and were told it was on its way. Everyone else in the garden area was receiving there food, and they had arrived after my children, but my children did not get there’s. When I enquired about the delay I was told it required a lot of preparation time. It was pancakes a ten minute job not over an hour and a half. I was disgusted with the service. I have limited time with my children and cannot hang around all day waiting for pancakes. I had to leave to get them to the pictures on time. I have visited this hotel on a few occasions and never had this type of service. If this happens again I will return to using the Saksagan Hotel.

Review 6：One bad apple is however the lack of coffee at breakfast. You can get it if you order cappuccino or cafe Americano aso. But you will be billed. Not much, but is does feel a bit like a con. Actually it would be more appropriate to add a dollar to the room price ! Or also have filtered coffe in a pot. The hotel area is great. But the area around is an area without any life except residential and busstation.

Review 7：Nice place. Very clean, safety box in room and in general OK room. Staff are nice, but English is at times a challenge. Comes with the territory; ) Excellent outdoor terasses with good food at fair prices. WiFi works in most places, but not well in the restaurant (breakfast) On a positive note. I would not hesitate to come back.

Review 8：Very professional service, excelent breakfast and restaurant, very good value for the money, good location and surroundings of the hotel (beautiful garden, central bus station next to the hotel, train station 10 min by taxi). The hotel is new or newly renovated. Everything was really perfect.

Review 12：The quality has always been high but they are still constantly improving and getting new facilities. Despite the country's economic situation, the hotel is keeping the prices low which makes it very cheap for foreigners.

Review 13：Pricing policy. Keep in mind, they have another price list as you can see on booking.com. When you arrive without booking, it can be much cheaper. My room was 410 UAH (about 22 EUR - almost free of charge :) ) but the same room in their price list - a little bit more than 300 UAH. Why such a difference... Another evidence of the former soviet union hotel mentality - you can find a long price list of items, what they expect you are going to damage or pack into your suitcase when checking out... But due to bad UAH fx you can take a pillow or a blanket for just 2-3 EUR :) A joke.

Review 14：Friendly stuff, but should learn to keep smiling. I was staying one night, and left early in the morning without having breakfast. The girl at the reception had a lunch box for me ready, what was very helpful, because I had to drive about 900 km. A clean renovated hotel, nice rooms, comfortable beds, parking free of charge behind the hotel. Restaurant with good food. Location? It was convinient for me, as I came from the direction of Kharkiv/Dnepropetrovsk. And it was on the way. But far from the city center. Good wi-fi. My tv was not going, but a boy fixed the problem within 2 minutes.

Review 31：All Suites are located next to the elevators and they run all night and can be heard throughout the room. Otherwise, it is a very nice room at an exceptional value (excellent wifi) if you are a deep sleeper. After two nights the staff moved me to a quieter 5th floor junior suite however, I had to walk down the hallway to receive any Wifi service.

Spotless cleaning, all seems like new, very decent prices also in restaurant, friendly staff. You can easily feel there like home.
