Review 3：a bit overpriced, not possible to relax after sauna - resting area just at the entrance, not separated by doors, standard radio played instead of relaxing music. Massage room next to wellness bar = you can hear all the noice (orders, coffee mill, coctail shakers...) when taking massage

Review 5：The boy who checked us in didn't even greet us wen we arrived, he called my girlfriend a prostitute/escort he did not listen to us whe we told him this was our second stay at the hotel, Actually asked if the young miss had stayed with me before or if this was her first time. No information was given regarding breakfast, wellness, facilities or where to park our car.The apartment that we stayed in was dirty & had not been cleaned properly there were patches on the tables where parts had been cleaned & the other parts were dirty from sticky drinks. The buffet breakfast was very poor, we were in the restaurant for 30-45 minutes for breakfast & nothing fresh was brought out to the buffet, the breakfast selection was extremly poor & before I could get fresh orange juice I was expected to pay rather than charge it to my room. The rooms above our apartment must have been converted into a cicus for the weekend we were there as the noise was unbelievable we were woken up every morning at 5.30am by what sounded like a troupe runnning up & down the hallways. I had to ask for showergel to be brought to my room as these were not replenished by housekeeping when they serviced the room due to the bad level of English she actually thought I was asking for toilet paper & brought this instead.Turkey served on the buffet was raw & the rest of the poor selection was cold. The young girl on duty from the bar had hickies on her neck. The tables outside were always dirty with used coffee cups & piled up ashtrays but the staff were too busy to help or clean up as they were bowling in the hotel bowling lane. We felt like we were actually bothering or disturbing the staff when we wanted something. We highlighted our complaints to the manager upon departure & were offered a piece of free cake for our journey home.Staff do not speak English so the listing on Booking is false & not a true representation of the hotel.

Review 6：Erika Urbanchova, waitress in the restaurant was exceptional with her level of service & was extremly helpful & always smiling & happy to help even when we arrived at 10pm she was more than happy to serve us dinner in the restaurant. The staff in the wellness were very nice & helpful & provided a good service

Review 11：We didn't like breakfast. Every day same. Restaurant wasn't welcoming, environment was too cold for us. There were kids from school on their practice so we didn't have a chance to try proper service in the restaurant. Treatments room in the Spa were very noisy, difficult to relax. Staff speaks poor English. Wellness are very small, great for 2 couples only. Otherwise overcrowded. Our double bed was moving all the time which create wide gap in between two beds.
