Review 1：Breakfast was always the same and too plain for that price, recommend to book without breakfast bathroom cleaning was not done or not well done TV had no English programme Staff did not speak proper English or none at all

Review 4：Its location. Situated along Walking Street, it is surrounded by everything a traveller needs - eatery, souvenir shops, convenience store..and it's within walking distance to Pattaya Beach.The staff are super friendly and they provide free taxi service to other beaches.

Review 8：The staffs are really friendly and wiling to help to make our stay comfortable although they speak little english. The room quite spacious. The location of this hotel is in the walking street where by all the attraction n night life is here. We no need to go far to get foods, entertainment, groceries, medicine etc.

Review 9：The balconies all face each other so no so you cant leave the room curtain open as there is no privacy unless the opposite rooms are empty.

Review 10：Great location for Walking Street but not noisy. Pattaya Beach less than 10 minutes walk. Sunrise Beach 15 minutes walk. Endless restaurants on your doorstep. You can easily walk to the hotel when you arrive by boat.

Review 11：Koh Lipe's internet is lousy, not hotel's fault though. Whenever a thunderstorm hits, the whole network is down. Out of four days I had one day of (slow) Internet usage. Sucks when you want to plan the rest of your trip.

Review 12：Perfect central Location on the island, in the middle of "walking street" where all the action is (although there is not much action on koh lipe). Both main beaches in walking distance. Staff very helpfull eventhough English not perfect.

Review 13：Smell of damp wood. Mosquitosssss, they should apply mosquito incense. Dusty. No place to hang wet shirt as common sense we stayed beside the beach. Not enough electric connector plug if you got two phones.

Review 14：Location is heart in the Walking street, but still very quite in night time. If you got little luggage please do not need any TAXi when you arrived the immigration, because is just a three minutes walk to the Walking street and another five minutes walk to the hotel but they costing 50 bath per head. One and only one 7-11 beside the hotel. Small garden view. Tv, wifi, light were fine, especially air cond very strong. Prompt assist for one of the toilet light is not working. Massage highly recommended Bundhaya resort, got a Thai girl named Jolie massaged very well. The Box restaurant served good food but please wait because only one chef.

Review 19：-price was too high for such simple resorts without swimming pools, no breakfast serve (due to there is no restaurant in the resort), and no view at all (is in the middle of 'village'). With almost same or little higher i could upgrade to much better resort i think...in short, it dont worth the price that paid. -this resort is actually a very small setting with just a few units at corner i think. Two levels. -a lot of mosquitoes flying around. Was quite annoying. The balcony was more for display only as there is no way you could sit there for reading books or enjoying coffee due to mosquitoes. -the TV channel was ok, but dont expect much. -the free coffee was those 3-in-1 instant coffee. Nothing great. -the resort is running down. The management shall start to look into maintenance work.

Review 20：-strategic location. Well in the middle of the Main Street. You can find everything you need like food, grocery stores, diving shops, etc -the mattress was comfy. Hot water shower, stable electric power output, safe, small fridge, air-cond well function.

Review 21：Smell of sewerage. TV but only Thai channels; not a problem but if you staying somewhere predominantly full of non-thai tourists then why only Thai TV. Generally just overpriced.

Review 29：The room I stayed in was backing on to a rubbish tip though this didn't affect me once inside the room The bathroom smelt bad, perhaps this could have been a symptom of too much development on ko lipe and its sewer system being in a bad way? Or just blocked drains in the hotel.

Review 30：I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a good experience. Rooms were clean and free of mosquitos. Overall the hotel was good value compared to other places on lipe- not being directly next to the beach is not an issue on such a small island.
