Review 1：Upon our arrival we were asked to pay total amount in advance (THB 53,400 for 6 nights). Then we discovered that instead of Honeymoon Bungalow with Sea View (THB 53,400) we received Bungalow with Sea View (THB 44,500) behind sea front bungalows with very limited sea view. Long and unpleasant discussion with a receptionist and later with hotel manager followed: they explained us that booking.com gives to its clients wrong prices for their hotel. In any case, all Honeymoon Bungalows with Sea View were occupied. We insisted that this is their fault, and as a result received ‘’compensation’’ of THB 6 000 instead THB 8 900.

Review 3：The main restaurant was expensive and not of good quality. A short walk to the Main Street provides much better options.

Review 4：The pool and access to beach. The villas were also really beautiful and very spacious.

Review 5：There wasn't really any hot water in the showers, just regular room temperature water (not a problem in summer, but a bit of a problem for the bathtub). We had dirty mirror in the bathroom, nobody cared to clean it, until I did so myself. The hotel restaurants are a bit expensive, but there is a wide choice of other places on the island. One of the receptionists really needs to improve English skills. The hotel should advertise its boat services better, they have a great speedboat service, which we didn't know about and took Tigerline hot and inconvenient boat instead.

Review 6：Amazing garden and room view from the honeymoon suite. Great clean pool and beach. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. The outside bathtub is amazing. A great stay all together, with minor problems.

Review 7：breakfast was poor. It didn't even come close to keeping up with the rest of what the hotel was like , and the actual facility was poor. I had a sea view room but the view was mainly blocked by units in front of it. I think you would have a better view of the sea with one of the basic unit by the pool and upstairs. My actual unit inside was great.

Review 9：None of the staff speaks English ! Not even the girls at the reception. We called room service to ask for a baby cot (which had been requested when booking but not provided) and the girl said 'OK in 10 minutes' after 30 mn I called again and she said 'OK 5 minutes' someone came to our room and entered without knocking, probably to check what we wanted, we realised that they didn't understand. The cot finally arrived after over an hour during which we could do nothing but wait.

Review 11：due to the law season many service were unavailable, in particular the swimming pool was under maintenance and some part of the resort having some construction work. Breakfast is too basic, in my opinion.

Review 17：The resort is very new which has the benefit of new facilities but also means some aspects of service still need to be perfected. We had a number of issues with our first room but the hotel manager responded to our request by providing us with an upgrade. There are lots of staff working which can be intimidating at times on the whole though the team is friendly. The Breakfast does not cater to Europeans.

Doors and windows have LARGE gaps which allowed insects and lizards to get into the room Site was rushed to be opened in order to capture the season Many of the facilities were not finished (construction-wise) such as Sauna, Library and others Food that was served at breakfast was below standards House keeping did not change bed sheets. We actually had to ask them to do so The area was full of mosquitoes but yet the room did not include a mosquito repellent Construction was still going on so site was noisy First room we were given was opposite a water treatment pool... odor was terrible. When we asked them to change the room they refused. Only after I threatened them and yelled at them they changed the room
