Review 1：I disliked the idea that it didn't have complimentary breakfast or a swimming pool.

Review 2：I liked the peace n quietness. No one bothered us. Everybody was friendly.

Review 4：Nothing at all when I got there I was called and told my reservations was going to be canceled because my card declined when I clearly stated on website that I would be paying cash for room. Also I got there and the manager of hotel was arguing with a customer and being rude to them while another was waiting to get refunded because of the hotel being nasty. The rooms were nasty and smelled like mold the shower was nasty paint was pealed off walls, couldn't use my hair dryer every time I did the plug would shut off and not let me use it. They gave me two towels and two rags for a shower for one night and I was staying three and when I went to get more towels the manager was rude and told me I had to throw the dirty ones outside on the ground before I could get more ...the staff was very rude and I will not be back to this hotel very dissatisfied with my stay and actually left a day early because of it.

Review 11：Well for starters the toliet was not bolted to the floor and we never had enough toilet paper for 5 people. Also the reservation was not right. It only had us listed for 2 adults plus there were roaches in the closet! Very poor place and you charged way too much money!

Review 18：The cancellation Policy shown, which was to cancel 2 days prior to checkin, which is what I attempted to do however, Sue at the Hotel told metheir policy was to cancel by 2:00 pm 2 days prior or I would be chargedthe full amount regardless. I was not treated fairly and do not agreewith how this whole process occurred. There are notes on my account fromZachary stating my request for cancellation. The Hotel not onlyovercharged me for lodging but an additional $88.90 for my guest &their 14 year old son for 1 room with double beds, plus an additional$6.00 for whatever!

Review 19：I did not like anything about this Hotel or booking experience! Theinformation was very misleading and was going to be charged for bothnights whether I checked in or not! Not happy with their Staff,Cleaniness, location, etc.

Review 22：The property manager was very rude. When I got in to check in she madeit a point to break down this whole issue with booking.com. I felt likeshe didn't want to check me in till she proofed her point about"my error". She also seemed very frustrated to be talking tome very unprofessional. The cleaning crew spent an awful lot of time inthe common area looking at you this made us feel unsafe. The room wassmall and there were extra person fees for both of my kids, even thoughwe had double beds. The bathrooms are old and worn down, there was nohot water. Overall I would never come here again but not bc of how oldand tired the rooms are but because the manager was beyond rude.Definitely not a hotel for families.

Review 23：I liked the location of the hotel it is a very short distance fromDestin. I also liked Kevin and Sam. They were beyond professional andsincere. They were the only reason why I decided to go with them. Veryhelpful men. Wish I could've thanked them in person.

I had a business partner taking me out for drinks after I had gotten there late (after 9pm), and I was informed I had to pay $10 extra for having anyone coming in or out regardless of staying there if it was after 10pm. I just think that is poor business standards if you do not tell your guests ahead of time.
