Review 1：The door to access the 2nd building of the hotel wasn't working so I had to walk back & forth to the main building 4-5 times before the staff offered to walk over with me. By the time I finally got in, it was an hour later.

Review 2：The price was pretty decent & the room was a nice size.

Review 3：The Only con is there is no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything.No breakfast served.

Review 4：The office employees are great very friendly. The housekeeping staff is awesome. Always willing to help us with our needs. Very friendly and neat in appearance. The room was clean no bad odor and well stocked.

Review 5：The guy that worked the night said he couldn't authorize for a late check out at noon. ..he said we would have to wake up early and talk to the morning person...since when? We have stayed at that location several times before and never had any trouble getting a noon check out...kind of defeats the whole purpose of a late check out where you can sleep in to wake up early to make sure you can sleep in....lol...then the morning person said he was new and didn't know the rules, so we should probably be out by 11:30...the staff wad very nice, it just seemed like they didnt know what was going on. ..

Review 9：The rooms smelled awful when we walked in although they were non-smoking. These was dust on the furniture and a ton of stains on the floor. The bathroom smelled. The hair dryer did not work.

Review 11：When I arrived at the hotel, the said there was no reservation for me even though I had a confirmation code from booking.com. She finally conceded and gave me the room at the rate I was given on the site.The room was not very clean. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The very old and stained carpet was shredded in the doorway.

Review 12：They didn't have our reservations so we had to pay more then we were supposed to. The guy at the front desk could care less if we had the proof to show we had reservations..also,housekeeping just walked in our room without knocking or saying who they were..

Review 13：Booking.com did not reserve the room for me. When I arrived there was confusion. I had to stay the next night and did not book with booking.com because of the mix up the night before so I had to pay full price for sand room. I had to wait to have the money refunded back to me from the first night. I ended up paying full price that night too, until the nice lady at Red Roof fixed it. I just had my apartment flooded and was happy to find a place that was fair priced and not full.

Review 15：incompetent staff put me in uncleaned disgusting room and then overcharged me. All facilities are worn and visibly dirty. No breakfast provided. Awful and gross in every way.

Review 17：My first room was in a bad state with all the linens in one corner and a few items of trash on the floor. When I told this to the lady at the desk she explained that a painter must have left it like that and it wasn't logged proper. The next room was fine.

Review 19：We were not in the main bldg, but were in a separate bldg. There were people outside our room making noise for quite a while at night. Walls were very thin. The towels were the thinnest I have seen. Mattresses must have been 20 years old. If they ask you if you would like a 1st or 2nd floor room, get the 2nd floor. You will be in the main bldg which might be better. The hotel is in a very seedy part of town. Ok for truckers, not for family.

Review 70：It is right next door to a strip club. If you are looking for the upscale Guesthouse Inn, this is not it...that one is called Don Hall's Guesthouse Inn. I see that some of the other reviewers reviewed this one by mistake instead of the other one. At this one there was people moving in (I think?) and being loud all night, in a bad part of town, and the blinds didn't seem to close all the way. The hotel advertises cable channels, but there were only about 10 channels, a few of which were super fuzzy and hard to watch.

Review 71：My friends and I came to Ft Wayne for the Vera Bradley Outlet Sale. We had never attended so I booked at your hotel because we had stayed at one in Ky last year and were really pleased. The night manager was FANTASTIC!! Suffice it to say it could have been a whole lot different but he went above and beyond and we had a perfect stay!!!
