Review 1：Was not informed of additional $50 held on credit card. Ice machine was broken. Elevator didn't reach every floor. Neither did stairs. Signs very unclear.

Review 8：They had a wedding reception each night and the music could be heard in the tower portion of the hotel. Many guests were very upset because the noise did not end until after midnight. We were on the 3rd floor. I felt really sorry for those on the first floor. Not worth the money in my opinion. Rooms were also much smaller than they looked on the website pictures.
Review 9：The pool and whirlpool area was very nice, but the whirlpool jets did not work, and the floor around the pool was very slippery. Multiple people slipped and got hurt.

Review 41：when I made the reservation with Booking.com I also indicated that if there were going to be pet fees to please let me know what they would be. I never heard anything from them about it. when I checked in I found out that there was a $50.00 per day per animal non refundable fee. I was not at all unhappy that my rate doubled because of poor communication from this site. I definately wil not use this site again and will warn any and all about poor communication from this site and the difficulty in filtering for pet friendly hotels when searching for a hotel room. I will also warn anyone who mentiones that they would like to make a reservation at this hotel to be on the look out for that awful pet fee.
