Review 1：where do I start they had construction going on some rooms at 7 am the room we stayed in wasn`t very clean the door looked like it had been kicked in there was no coffee pot in the room the ceiling was chipping the bath tub faucet was broke there was no stopper to take a bath the cleaning lady couldn`t understand English I ask her to change the sheets and comforters because they had who knows what kind of stain on them and all she changed was the sheets cables were hanging out of the wall and the wifi setup was a router sitting on top of a fire box out side and very poor signal

Review 3：:( Inside my room was a horror show, holes in the walls, limited:outlets, poor lightening, not as clean as I had hoped, no clothes:hanging bar, dingy towels so bring your own, broken shower handle,:barely any internet access, but all manageable..had my own towels, just:take a deep breath..The Inn, is a diamond in the rough and I am driven to return INSPITE of all the yuck!! Under new management since June. CONGRATULATIONS AND GOOD LUCK.. it is was it is....PROGRESS :)
Review 4：10 mins to the beach..This hotel can't be beat for the off seasonprice, and its being remodeled. I want my corner rm forever - amazing,the view was gorgeous, private and quiet. I felt safe amongst strangers.One of the staff was super awesome, very savvy, friendly and was ALwaysup to going the extra mile .. ty!ps: Best Crab Shack (next door) I have ever been to from food to drinks - staff to view add them together and you've found a GEM!! I, from Massachusetts, a victim of the I-95, Jaquin closures and floods, stuck in bowels of FL on family business, stranded.. spur of the moment took a drive to Fort Walton for some joy and was NOT DISAPPOINTED!!
Review 5：The room was very grundgy, not clean. There was mold on the ceilings, the bed linens were dirty, the light for the bathroom sink and closet were the same light, just cut through a hole in the wall. the bathub was very dirty, no towels were provided. I'm very disatisfied for paying $250 for 2 nights afer driving 17 hours to stay in this. I'm just glad that I wasn't at the hotel except to sleep.
Review 6：This place was not clean. The wifi never worked. Ice was not availablemost of all the time. No coffe pot. No refrigerator. No microwave. Ithink the maid folded my dirty towels I left on the floor and placedthem on the rack for me to reuse. I had to go buy Clorox to clean thetub, sink, and toilet. Still not sure what was in the corner of thetub!! It took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot in the shower.The tub did not drain very well. No alarm clock. This site calculated a2.5 not me. This hotel rates a 0.5 from me!!

Review 24：The room was not clean, the tiles in the bathroom were stained and coming apart we found a pair of reading glasses made up in the bed so apparently the bed sheets were not changed and we didn't find them until we slept in the bed. The air condition was rusted out and there were no knobs and the air didnt work very well. This hotel has been let rundown and they charge completely too much for the shape it is in. We will not darken the doors again and I wouldn't advise anyone else to do it either.

There was mildew on the pillows, the sheets looked like another person already slept on them, there was a used wash cloth and someone else's hair in the shower, and no toilet paper. The a/c was loud, the walls had holes in them, the grout around sink was coming off and there was mildew around it as well. To top it all off there were three cans of used bug defogger lying on the floor!! The exterior or the building was in need of repairs and the pool was disgusting. The water was brown and had trash in it. I talked to the staff and they were not helpful, nor did they seem like they cared. Poor customer service as well.

Review 34：This hotel was very dirty, the pool is out of service and has green water in it. There seems to be illegal activity outside of the hotel. There was a hole in the wall and blood on the door. My husband even found a lizard in the room. All I am wondering is why is this hotel being listed on line? I would check into the hotels that you list online. This place needs a lot of work before it should be recommended again!

There were also mattresses all over the place outside. The guy ended up being such a jerk that my husband decided we'd stay at another hotel for the night.

Those were bedbugs OMG that was so terrible I think the place should be close it is so ugly and a lots of bedbugs . That is so sad I will never go back to this place...

But don't get me started.....other than that we had a blast!

All I wanted was those simple things that are required in any hotel.

Review 82：It was filthy. There were no towels or wash cloths, other than a moldy towel that was lying behind the bathroom door. The beds smelled like they hadn't had clean linens in months. The carpet was so dirty, it turned my feet black & the tile so sticky, we stuck to it. The fridge had mold growing all in it & all the light fixtures were broken, with exposed wires. The worst hotel ever, with the kindest staff.

I went to dollar store bought some frebreze and cleaning supplies. We were at the beach for the day and only used the room to sleep in and bath n and change n the beds were comfortable.
