Review 1：- very nice accomodation - good price/value ratio - warm welcome - good location as a starting points for hikes - proximity to the city center and supermarkets
Review 2：Barking dogs were a bit noisy, the room was a bit cold (especially the bathroom), no shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom (we've got used to this being available in b&bs so didn't bring our own!).
Review 3：Absolutely beautiful room - fantastically decorated and spacious, very comfortable bed, quiet location but with good access to the town. Hostess was very friendly and welcoming, recommending a place to eat in town and delivered a lovely breakfast to our room in the morning.

Review 5：While commercial hotels may offer more convenience in terms of location to the center of the city, the New Castle Hotel offers a unique, cozy, and rich experience with far greater character and depth. The hotel is managed by a wonderful woman who was kind enough to drive my girlfriend and I to the city upon our departure. She also prepared for us a delicious and authentic breakfast. Her tailored attentiveness and warmth made our experience truly unforgettable. We will surely be visiting again in the future. As for the property itself, it is beautiful and majestic, something out of a movie!

Review 21：This is a superb place to stay. It is a beautiful building and the rooms are exquisitely decorated and very stylish/quirky. The location is perfect – just a 10 minute walk into the centre of Spa. The hosts are most helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. We had a fabulous stay here and would definitely recommend it.
Review 22：The driveway is a litte dark at night. No fresh towels or roomcleaning everyday but that didn't bother us: we only stayed for three nights.
Review 23：The owners (Maryse Mancini and Pierre Graas) do everything possible to make your stay unforgettable. Ask what you want for breakfast: you'll get it! The romantic suite has a balcony, a bath tub and a separate extra bedroom. The hunter suite has animalheads on the wall and a very special bathroom and a nice shower. A little warning: mind the small steps. Enjoy your stay!
