Review 1：BLT breakfast wasn't to our taste.
Review 2：Everything was fantastic! Just a 5min walk from the beach, 2 mins to the nearest 7/11. Room was small but cozy, hot water, air conditioner, safe box, basically everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend my friends!
Review 3：Where can I even begin with NT House... I wouldn't come back here. It is way overpriced for what you get. The only upside is the location on the Walking Street close to all beaches, restaurants etc. Room is fairly modern. We stayed in the big villas and not the tiny room we were first given. The room is not clean. Bathroom fixtures are not fixed to the wall or sink. No hair dryer on the premises. Not even to borrow from the reception. You have to ask specifically for the staff to clean the room. Bathroom was never cleaned. Breakfast was included but it was not really good at all. Leftover cold bacon from the fridge. Fried egg and a raw sausage. No drink option other than coffee or tea. The breakfast staff was rude and seemed to get even worse during the course of our 6 night stay. Oh, and the hotels laundry service for 60thb /kg managed to destroy our laundry. 3kg came back all yellow, dirty and stretched out beyond recognition. No refund. To sum this debacle up. Koh Lipe is a unique place! Fantastic beaches and diving. It's a gorgeous island! There are cheaper and better alternatives to NT House. The owners here doesn't seem to know how to run a hotel. Avoid.

Review 11：Bathroom wasn't clean at all! Spots on the mirror and wall. The bathmat was super gross. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7.30 till 10 am. But at 8am the breakfast still wasn't ready. We had to catch the ferry, so we were forced to buy some food at another place. The lady who served breakfast seemed to be very cranky. Luckily we only stayed for one night at this hotel. Never again.

Review 68：I believe they do over booking by purpose. I made my booking few days earlier but still they offered us another place Sunset Forest Resort. We didnt accept to move back to other side of Lipe and suddenly they changed mind and we got room. Afterwards I checked from Booking.com that they were having all the time one room left so I believe they kept one room left just in case and forwarded customers to other place.
