Review 1：When we arrived at the hotel, the parking lot was full of large work trucks taking up multiple spots. There were people sitting in their cars, standing around smoking/drinking. When we got to our room, the heat wouldn't work. After calling the front desk they sent a man to finally get it working. When we did try to sleep the people who live in the hotel had their music so loud you couldn't. Even after complaining the music continued. The drunks next door sounded like they were going to crash through the wall!!! Not a place to stay with kids....or if you want rest.....comfort....or safety!

Review 2：The beds look like they were about to fall apart the covers were horrible looking was too scared to even pull the covers down and the pillow covers had stuff on them had to cover them up so because I couldn't lay on them no elevator also was called around 9:18 o'clock and said that our kids which was 3 7 and 5 weeks old was running up and down the hallway which they weren't they were in the bathtub at the time and said that we were making too much noise which they were in the bathtub the baby was asleep and we were laying down waiting for the kids to get done taking their bath was very disappointed in that part and the breakfast was horrible they didn't even they started putting everything up before we were even done they did apologize but they never refreshed anything

Review 4：The bed boxsprings hurt my backside all night. It was very loud in the area where our rooms were. They put us outside right by the entrance door to the indoor pool. It was just too loud all night long. Kids played soccer in the parking lot half yhe night. Breakfast was the worse ever all they had was cereal apples muffins and toast.

Review 6：The room smelled old and smokey. The continental breakfast was limited. I could tell it was an older hotel and the owners have tried to add upgrades but it doesn't take away the smells.

Review 8：It was really noisy. People walking around all hours of the night. Their talking loud made our dog bark which woke us up. And the heated pool was cold.

I stayed multiple days and when they cleaned the room, they did not leave towels - the first time I went down to ask for them they said they were out and would bring them later - I needed them then. They never did bring them and had go back down several hours later and were given them.

Review 19：If I stay here again I will make sure I don't have a pool side room as it was very noisy. Also, the bathrooms could use some detailed cleaning such as better scrubbing around the corners and edges of floors and better detail around the vanity faucet.

Review 32：we were in a room in the inside near the indoor pool which was very noisy. not a big deal. biggest prob we had is it WAS NOT CLEAN. there was still trash in the bathroom trash can, a pair of panties behind the trash can in the corner, which made the room feel dirty. microwave had dirty finger print smears all over the front. heat rattled loud. toilet handle loose & looked like it was about to break off. because of the dirty feel to the room we layed on top of the bed & did not cover up. it just felt dirty.

I drove 5 hours to get there and was awakened by hotel staff saying we had received a complaint for making noise problem was we had been asleep for several hours when the call came. I was unable to go back to sleep and had to drive 5 hours homes.

Review 52：Tile in the entire room. Bathroom had mold, missing tub stopper, light/fan shield missing, and the room really needed a deep cleaning. Towels were small, thin and very worn out. Outside stairs were rusty and poorly patched.

Review 105：The room looked nice and was on a ground floor as requested. The pool was over chlorinated and the smell permeated our pool side room but when the door was closed the sound was tolerable, but our kids were part of the noise so I can't complain!

Review 106：The real estate for sale sign should have been a warning. Given a room with the pool outside our door, the fumes of chlorine made me sick. The humidity made the floor sticky. We were given a outside room. There is only so much paint can cover. It is old and run down. Not worth the money. I wish I'd never set eyes on this place. The sheets didn't fit the bed. The air conditioner was loud. People upstairs sounded like a heard of cows. The door doesn't shut right. That was spooky. The curtain didn't close all the way because it was torn. The breakfast was a joke. This place needs to be torn down, not sold.

Review 108：The room was updated and clean, the staff was very friendly. I had no problems during my stay. The room looked even better then the pictures and the bed was super comfy! The flat screen TV was a nice touch as well. Over all the best value for the money in the area!

Review 109：Fairview Inn was a MOTEL pretending to be a HOTEL. We prefer REAL Hotels. We didn't like going thru the pool area to get to the room and How to enter and exit the room. There was No evelator and the vine was growing up the rail when entering the lobby. WI-FI was a weak (on and off) signal.. Fairview Inn MOTEL is a DUMP. It is rated to high. We will NEVER stay again.

Review 110：Really! I quess, Fairview was quite until 8am the next morning. Men was working running power tools and loud equipment. :(

Review 111：I didn't like the continental breakfast choices and the rooms were not very clean. I found a pill on the bathroom floor and was pretty upset because my children could have found it before I did. Also there were no towels by the pool. We had to use our room towels and then ask for more at the front desk so we could shower. The toilet seat in my bathroom was broken so the seat didn't stay on the toilet very well.

Review 112：Really enjoyed the pool! The hotel was relaxing and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Review 113：Our guests were all ladies and younger children who did not end up staying after seeing the hotel and other guests hanging around outside. They did not feel safe or that the hotel was clean. Booking.com gave incorrect information saying this was the only hotel in Jonesboro with an indoor pool. Otherwise reservations would not have been made at this hotel but at the hotel we're familiar with that also has an indoor pool. If charges end up on my bill I will be denying them.

Review 114：The door didn't close properly. We were put right by the pool. Location. We didn't rest well considering the chlorine smell, the door not being closed and the neighbors.

Review 115：Dirt, service was terrible, security was bad, I had to carry the dirty bed linens to the front office to get them changed. I booked a king sized room, but the only king sized rooms were situated around the swimming pool and there was no quiet. this is something that should be advertised.

The maid came around at 9:30 am to clean the roomand we were still in bed - we left the hotel at 11:30 am and when wereturn at 3:00 pm the room was not cleaned. We were told that it wouldnot be cleaned until the next day. We had to carry our dirty towels tothe front desk before we could get clean ones. I will never stay at thishotel again nor recommend it to anyone.

Review 118：Didn't like that I just used my credit card to hold the room. I wanted to pay cash, but my card was charged and no one knew how to withdraw the charges.
