Review 1：the wifi had issues that weekend we stayed, but it wasn't that big of a deal.
Review 2：place was clean and very close to a lot of places. We stayed 2 nights and no complaints.
Review 3：the location was not not conducive walking to any restaurants. It might be more attractive if coffee was offered and even a few simple snacks for purchase in the office area.
Review 4：The property was close to my son's apt. and to downtown Burbank by driving.
Review 5：Although it's just off the I-5, it's not too noisy, and the location was great for us since we were spending a lot of time in Glendale and Pasadena. It's pretty much no-frill (other than free WiFi in every room!), but clean, comfortable, and a good value.
Review 6：The fact that there is no type of breakfast. The rate is what we pay other places and breakfast is included. Overall it is still a great place to stay.
Review 7：This is our third stay. It's in a great location not far from things and close to freeway which is nice.
Review 8：The only thing I didn't like was that the sink was outside of the bathroom. It wasn't convenient for my family's needs. Breakfast was not included but we found a great coffee shop nearby - Frank's Restaurant.
Review 9：The room was clean and was close to restaurants. We had to drive a little bit to see the attractions that we wanted to visit, but there were interesting things along the way. Also, there was a nice clean laundromat nearby that we used.
Review 10：For the given facilities the price was high. And the place was not even full. Air conditioning was very noisy. Enough to wake me up in the night.

Review 12：For a basic last minute hotel, the room was surprisingly comfortable. The bed was actually great. The shower was powerful, the room was clean, if a bit stale smelling, but overall, a good choice. I left some shirts in the closet and when i returned, the lady had them all bagged up for me ready to go. Very helpful. It is a little way out of Burbank center, but no problem if you have a car and right down the street from a bunch of stores.
Review 13：The front desk clerk could be more friendly and speak clearer. Maybe he's overworked. He definitely looked tired when I saw him. Also he would not allow my family to check in until I was with them. I got off work very late, so we didn't get to use the room for the time we paid for it.
Review 14：It looked clean. Cleanliness and comfort is important. The shower and tub were wonderful. Great shower pressure! Having a bar to hold on to and a place to prop my foot up inside the tub is very helpful. I didn't smell any residual smoke. I think my room was truly smoke free. I would like to pay less. I would have stayed longer if it was less. Definitely will consider returning in the future.
Review 15：Traffic limited access to property and close to freeway. Was hard to get to and traffic heavy. But most of Burbank is that way so it was about normal for area.

Review 25：The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. It's your average size hotel room but overall not too cramped which is a plus with two kids! Bed was comfortable and enjoyed peace and quiet; slept like a baby.
Review 26：Very clean lobby. Staff was expecting us. Already new our name. Parking lot was spotless (no debris in sight). Hallways and stairwells were also spotless (you could have utilized the five second rule). The room was very clean and had no scent of odor/s (like some rooms do). The shower was large and looked brand new. Bedding was comfortable (had some body and weight to it) unlike the "bead spread" you usually get in rooms at this price. We left too early to see what they offered for breakfast. Location was right off the freeway (easy on/off access). We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
Review 27：The check in person was not at the desk for over 15 minutes and when she came out from the back it seemed that she was either drunk or high. She repeated herself and fumbled with the paperwork. She was not rude or anything. It was humorous at the time but it would have been very frustrating if we needed something or were in a rush.

Review 31：The hotel is situated in an awkward position. You can enter from one direction only as well as exit in one direction. ALSO there was an elephant in the room above me and it kept running through the room during the night. Hahaha. The parking was a little tight but ok.

Noise level considering it was next to I5 and a busy road didn't affect us. Not much of a pool, but didn't expect one at all. Overall we are pleased and will stay there again should we be in the area.
Review 37：It was off of a busy road with one entrance to the lot, so it was tricky getting in and out. It is near a highway, that was not a problem at night, but it was a bit loud on a weekday morning. Not a problem unless you want to sleep in and are a light to medium sleeper.
Review 38：The location was good. The room was clean and well kept. I actually thought the hotel was recently renovated but it had been a few years prior and was just well kept. I am finicky about cleanliness and I was comfortable. Nice private parking lot as well. Good TV system and free WiFi. Nice room overall. Good AC as well. It appeared to be family owned and they took pride in the business.

We would have preferred to add our own sweetener to that. As I said, the location was tricky, but totally convenient, so a mixed bag there.
Review 120：Loved the bed! Totally comfortable and extra pillows were there when we asked for them. Better than my bed at home. TV was excellent. Location was fine once we figured out how to maneuver the "no left turn" and the fact that the lane the motel is on is a few feet short of being an entrance ramp to a freeway. We asked for quiet and the owner gave us a corner room that was great. There were a number of coffee options in the morning at the machine in the office.
Review 121：There was hair in our tub and toilet. The coffee maker was not clean there was coffee from the previous person. The front desk manager was very rude. Overall this was the worst hotel experience. Very upset.
