Review 1：I had a door in my room leading to another room or the living quarters of the owner, the door was not very sound proof and I could hear people talking loudly till late

Review 8：If u would like to take a view in the Lake Tyrrell, then probably staying at Swan Hill is not a good choice. It took us 1 hour to drive to the lake, which would be rather late to go back if we wanna see the sunset over the lake.

Review 9：Excellence place to stay with this cheap price. Our room is consisted with 2 rooms, with a linking door in the middle, which connected them together and made it more convenient for us to get through.

Review 17：Check in was a breeze by the friendly staff member on duty. The double room had a single bed in it as well, plenty of room to hang / store clothes in drawers. The shower was nice, bed comfortable and plenty of tea / coffee available. There was also a small table with two chairs and one lounge chair to relax in and watch TV. Breakfast arrived on time which was appreciated.

Review 46：Had a few minor issues with the bathroom, i.e. had to sit side saddle on toilet due to lack of forward leg space, tap too long for hand basin (probably to allow for filling the jug) resulting in unavoidable splashing onto floor and bottom track of sliding door into bathroom broken resulting in bathroom door swinging in the breeze which was coming under the front door (particularly windy during our stay). Parking difficult but manageable.

The Motel was very central to the caravan park and to everything we wanted to see. We found the Motel to be very clean, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and the added extra was the lovely complimentary cooked breakfast !!! We have never had that bonus before. We would recommend this Motel to anyone wishing to visit Swan Hill. Well done!!!

You practically have to pay for it. Overall, its an average place to stay considering the amount of money you pay.

Review 71：A day before we arrive I made a phone call to the reception to mention that we may arrive late at night (later than the 20pm check-in time). And the reception staff just answered that he would leave our door keys in the letter box without mentioning anything about wifi-codes and the next day breakfast. We totally had no idea that we have to make an order for the next day breakfast the night before otherwise we would get nothing to eat. Finally no refund of course and we've only got some bread and milk and cereal and we have to make it by ourselves. I am really astonished because if the staff mention that we have to order our breakfast ahead I could have made it in the phone call.

Review 73：Didn't look anything like the photos, they make it look a lot bigger, and the walls are very thin you can literally hear everyones conversations through the walls. The ground outside is gravel so walking up and down the driveway is very noisy when you are trying to sleep. Had no choice but to wake up when everyone else starts talking and walking as it's very very loud.

The hosts are great and the rooms have aircon and electric blankets (so you don't have the aircon shrieking all night).Didn't hear much road noise We stayed in July and August.
