Review 1：Little warm in the common areas Room air was turned off and it took a while to cool it down...But the weather was on the warm side and I understand - Maybe if the setting was managed a bit better - I set my thermostat at home warmer in summer and cooler in the winter to save energy - but it appeared more it was turned off.

Review 2：Location, staff, cleanliness - All very great. Staff was so helpful - I spoke to the front desk a couple of times before the trip and they were warm and most helpful - Had an amazing time - Way to make us feel at home.

Review 7：Felt like guests are under authoritarian power of hotel's management. Breakfast hall closes the door at 9:30 sharp. Don't dream to have extra pillows because it's not allowed. It is consodered a taboo to ask for a weighing scale. Poor breakfast items with very limited tables (8 tables only) and a very narrow food display area that makes it very crowded. The pool is very small and not well maintained.

Even with sole staff member in the morning - why can't there be a dishwasher so the breakfast person/receptionist could just then load up the plates and spoons used each day? Same for the bedroom facility - there's a fridge and microwave but just poly coffee cups - a ceramic mug or cup and saucer would haven been nice. After 6 days there it really irritated me.

Review 18：The WiFi connection was very strong and free. The reception and housekeeping staff were all very nice and helpful. I chose this hotel for its location near to WB and Disney and it was excellent for my needs. And - the fact that it was a mid range budget. $230 per night

I would highly recumbent this hotel to anyone traveling to the Burbank area. It was right off the freeway in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance.
