Review 1：I did not win the powerball lottery, but I did not buy a ticket, so that was expected :)
Review 2：Everything very clean, and staff very friendly and helpful. Can not ask for better location and felt very secure!
Review 3：The room was a little cramped. This was offset by our travels to places away from the room.
Review 4：The bed was comfortable. The shower head was amply high for my height of 6' 3". The location was good.

Review 24：The kitchen was fully stocked with needed utensils, plates, bowls, cups, etc. Even had items you would need for an baking. Plus the refrigerator was full size. Overall, the entire room was spacious and cozy.
Review 25：The freshly remodeled and upgraded with a vintage Longbeach feel to it. Spotless clean with no smells room that even had bath robes in the bathroom and fresh ground coffee for the coffee maker. As an older adult I didn't care that there was no pool but that may be a big deal for some. The clean quiet room that even had the channel for the mariners on tv and the fact that it is within easy walking distance to down town attractions, cafes and bars is a big plus. They do have a clam cleaning station, picnic table and fire pit out back.

Review 27：the wifi was fast and consistent, the kitchen was very well equipped and had some really great coffee from Costa Rica, everything was very clean and very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer!
Review 28：It was uncomfortably warm, and the bedroom window opened on a hallway so it wasn't possible to open a window. There wasn't a breakfast included but guests got 25% off at the cafe next door. The futon and hide a bed were both extremely uncomfortable and my kid wound up sleeping on the couch instead of pulling out the bed on the second night.
Review 29：Roomy apartment style with full kitchen. Queen bed was comfortable. Management and staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and bright.

Review 31：Cozy and comfortable two queen room. It was very clean and had all the basic amenities. Our room had a small refrigerator to keep our beverages cold and the nice flat screen tv was great. They even had a collection of DVDs available for free to checkout.

Review 35：The staff is friendly and considerate. The Captain Quarters is a beautiful suite. We called ahead as we would be getting in close to 11:30 at night and we were checked in ahead of time and taken care of completely. We will stay again next time we are in long beach.

Review 37：We booked this hotel because it looked clean and was moderately priced - and it turned out to be the best hotel we stayed at on our ten day road trip. The staff was extremely friendly, the room was HUGE, spotless and modern. The beds were very comfortable too. We will definitely stay there again.

Review 50：We stayed in the Captain's suite and were pleasantly surprised. The room was huge and appeared to be newly remodeled. Wifi was good and rooms had DVD players with free movies. We loved having a full kitchen and all appliances were nice. I will definitely stay again!
Review 51：Room was good but had a few repairs that could have used painting. Biggest issue was when we first got into the room we were overwhelmed by the strong smell of house cleaner (Fabuloso) which I happen to find a a pretty offensive smell. It's just to strong of a sent. Others might find it nice I guess. It was just overkill. However the room was very clean and made well.
Review 52：Check in and out was fast and simple. Nice fire pit and office had nice selection of DVD's to chose from. Was very quiet!
Review 53：Not really any complaints. The only thing I didn't like was the people staying in the room above us were drinking and arguing and would come smoke in front of our room cause there was a bench there.
Review 54：The room was small but very comfortable. I liked that there was robes in the bathroom. The wifi worked with no problems. The comforters were bright with stripes, much nicer than those ugly floral type comforters at most motels.
Review 55：I thought we were getting a king room and when we checked in found out they only have 2 King rooms and they were already taken. We ended up have a 2 Queen room which ended up being fine just a little disappointed.

Review 57：Minutes from the beach..The owner was fantastic. She helped us with tips on our first clamming adventure and even loaned my sister her boots. Staff Definitely made you feel at home.

Review 59：If you're looking for a brand new 5-star establishment, this is not the place to go. The room was smallish, and other than the bed to sit on, there was only one wooden chair.
Review 60：The Inn is single story, so you can park right in front of your room. The Inn is not a new facility, but bathroom, floors and bedding were spotless. Room had micro and refer. Free DVDs, free continental breakfast. We'll stay there again.

Review 63：Marc was great as well as his wife. Both took over the Inn in summer 2014 and do an incredible job. I got an upgrade without extra charge. Very clean and beautiful. Great place to stay. I would return and stay even longer. Long Beach is a great spot! Go there and enjoy your stay. Best Motel on my 2 and a half month trip here in the US. Thanks a lot guys!!!!

Review 66：there was a horrible smell in our room, that seemed to get worse as we stayed. We were woken up by partying guests at 3am. The office was unattended during the continental breakfast, the coffee was empty and it was a mess.
Review 67：the kithen is a nice added room that we could close the door while having coffee and let the rest of the family continue sleeping. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor sink provides a nice area for cleaning clams.
Review 68：The sheets were not changed from the last guest. The plates and cups were dirty with food on them. Every piece of furniture was different. They provided only nightstands. No place to put your clothes except the night stand drawers. Linoleum floors. Even Motel 6 offers a cleaner and more updated place.

I was amazed at how quiet the evenings were during our stay and the sheets on our bed were some of the softest ever.....so relaxing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we saw them often and it was good to know they were there for us. Even on ur dog was treated like a guest! We will DEFINATELY be coming back.

Review 80：they were so nice, she roasted her own coffee beans, waffles for breakfast, there is a sandy spot for a fire and kids to play with a grill and sinks, our room (king suite) had a king bedroom and the living area had a pullout couch, a day bed with a trundle, there were table and chairs to eat at a full kitchen. there was also a rolling bed if you needed more. you could see the main strip from our windows. it was nice and clean. they had games and movies to pick from. we really enjoyed our stay.

Review 86：Our Queen Double was nicely updated, they had complementary dog bed for our pooch which was nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. No air condition so in the summer it's a bit hot (specially with 4 people) but the fan was suffice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even put out a complimentary waffle and Danish continental breakfast in the small lobby(AMAZING).

We were close to all businesses including the beach, we were able to walk to everything. Coastal Inn and the entire community were friendly and accommodating, also extremely pet and kid friendly! Our Honeymoon was filled with wonderful memories and good times.
