Review 1：Bad maintenance. Not very clean. The rooms are not vacumed, lots of dust in the rooms. The cleaningladies go with a wet MOB over the carpet and leave lots of stains!

Review 4：Location is perfect, easy access to the university campus. Staff is very friendly, especially Ebru at reception. Room was perfect than we expected. Very clean, quiet, cozy rooms. I would definetely suggest this hotel for this price.

Review 5：Dirty room. Nuts and fingernails had under beds. The shower was broken. The bath can be used. The beds are uncomfortable. Towels and sheets were torn. The door to the balcony could not be closed properly and the wind blows. Very loudly in front of the hotel. It is absolutely impossible to sleep. Tip for future guests: Do not engage your dog with you. There are two huge dogs who want a fight with your dog.
