Review 1：I didn't like having to put out rubbish bins and having to be worried about cleaning when I left. For the price, one would think that vaccuuming etc would be included. Not a good way to end a holiday. I run a bed/breakfast facility myself, and would never expect guests to do housekeeping before they leave. Also, the lounge setting was disgracefully dirty and damaged, and covered with a blanket to hide it, the second floor toilet ran constantly and is need of repair, the security gate only works intermittently (and I received a call warning me that the neighbour wasn't happy I left it open), and the lights on the balcony/decking didn't seem to be connected. Overall, the property is run down, and not what I expected for the price. This could have been overlooked, however, if I hadn't had to clean it on leaving.
Review 2：I liked that when the keys I was given didn't open the door to the balcony, someone came quickly and without complaint (and presumably without charge).

Review 11：Safety of the area at night. Shower water temperature was inconsistent and you could hear the neighbours walking around above. The balcony faced another housing commision flat.
Review 12：The location was good but I felt unsafe getting back to the accommodation at night. It was clean.
Review 13：The front door binds on the frame when you close it, so you have to kinda slam it when leaving. We kept fearing we were disturbing the neighbours. The place feels a little tired and run-down (cracked window, broken lamp, creaky floor...). Very narrow parking bays.

Review 17：I have never in my life ever stayed in a place that required me to clean it upon leaving , or my credit card would be charged for cleaning services , the price we paid for the two nights wasn't cheap , considering we were in a tiny apartment 3 floors up quite a distance from where our car was parked which was really annoying as we had to bring everything up stairs before we could get to the lift, . For the amount of money it's not worth what you get , and again I have never known any where , where you have to do all of your own cleaning , when I had recieved the letter from the Fremantle holiday accomodation that we books through I was actually quite insulted and very annoyed that we weren't aware of where the apartment was and about the cleaning prior to them taking our money from our credit card , I'm guessing this is why there is a no holds on booking.com when you book .

Review 19：Aircon unit was hopeless. In a place like WA I'd have thought that would be a must...room was smelly and dirty. Hot water system was faulty.

Review 26：Greeted with filthy courtyard which hadn't been swept in recent memory and was covered in ants. Circa 1970's cheap kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom was mouldy. This was supposed to be an upgrade. I hate to think what our original accommodation was like. No value for money here.

Review 28：Notes to tenants were in bold type and included things like extra chargeif you used the kitchen bit outrageous really as you are already payingfor cleaning in your fee. Carpets need changing even though new werelight so showed all the dirt and floor under the table was not cleanedafter last person. Wifi (a small portable one) not left in flat had towait until 10am the following day to get access to internet.
Review 29：Different location was allocated to me for my stay. The main address wasArundel st however my accommodation was Jenkins St 2km away from pointof key collection... Good for me as I wanted to be near the Sailing clubhowever... They let me leave the key inside the apartment on check outso I did not have to go back to Arundel St
Review 30：The Apartment was in a block of flats which had permanent tenants. It was nothing like the websites description. It was over priced for what it was. It was not good to turn up and feel like we had been deceived.

Review 36：Unit is looking quite tired with worn paint work, dated curtains and very old TV in main bedroom that did not work. Would suggest replacing it with a working TV and DVD player or take it away completely, no point having something in the unit if it does not work. The dryer did not work which was disappointing it would be advisable to replace or at least let guests know it does not work as with the TV. Carpets are worn and could do with replacing. Bedside lamps are definitely needed!
Review 37：Security of unit and car parking, spacious two bedroom unit in very good location in close proximity to several excellent restaurants. Nice touch having a few books to select for reading. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Review 38：No parking at the property onsite and I had to leave the rental car parked in a nearby street out of sight due to parking restrictions outside the property. Also did not have a hair dryer available which most motels/rental properties have, I had to go buy one.

Review 40：Everytime the neighbours uses water one hears a loud noise in the bed and living room. That is a little bit annoying, but one gets used to it.

Review 66：The was place was grossly overpriced for an apartment which i guess is about 50 years old. The floors were filthy; we took of shoes to keep it clean but soon realised that our white socks turned black as did the bathroom mat . When we went to mop the floor the mop didnt work well & we had to squeeze the water from it by hand . The exhaust fan in bathroom didnt work . the lock on the screen door in front bedroom needs repair as does the hole in the screen which allows someone outside to unlock it . we were there for a week & needed to buy dish washing detergent , toilet paper etc as the place appeared to be set up fpr one night rather than the week . We were not given the apartment we booked but one several hundred meters from it . We didnt realise this until we had left the booking place where we picked up the keys as they didnt mention that they had changed our location . When we realised we went back only to find the office closed @ 3:30 pm despite the sign on the door saying the office was open until 4. Hence we stayed in an apartment we didnt book & were charged for the one we didnt get to .When we mentioned on leaving the dirtiness of the floor on our arrival ,that was disputed despite the fact that we had just cleaned it & had to refresh the water as it wa sso grimy . i rent apartments regularly as part of my work & this was one of the worst i have had in terms of value & service .
Review 67：the location was very good in that it as near the hospital we were visiting . it was also near the main entertainment area of Freo .
Review 68：Stained carpet on stairs. No face washers. Only 2 wine glasses and one broke when put into water. Needs another settee in living area or extra armchair.
