Review 1：TV was not functioning. Disco-like music from outside could be heard throughout the night until 12:30 AM which was very annoying.
Review 2：Hotel staff tried their best answering queries though not very enthusiastic. WiFi connection was very good because the WiFi router was just outside the room.
Review 3：When we arrive, the man at desk didnt talk english at all. We had to wait until another member of the came. We booked a double room with twin beeds and they gave us a triple one with three beds and it was small even for two people. There was no kettle in the room. We asked for some directions at the desk but the man there, the only one that speaks english, was not pleasant. There was no kettle in the room.
Review 4：Great location, just a few minutes walking to the bazaar and to Balikli Göl. The room and the bathroom were clean. Wifi in the room. Good enough breakfast buffet (included in the Booking price) upstairs in a large and bright dining room.
Review 5：The staff was not welcoming, when we arrived one of us said good afternoon but did not get response. The minibar was not working the first days and the breakfast was not good, the quality and the quantity must be improved much more. We had a bad experience with the staff, they were in a bad mood, and did not come across friendly. We were there in the fasting month, but still it is still not an excuse to be grumpy. Moreover, we did not get the beds as we had ordered them to be instead of a room with double and single and a room with double: the beds were all single. It was not worth the money. Either the room should be bigger for the beds, or the furniture should be arranged.

Review 16：The staff rarely speak English. And some of them do not have respect to foreign customers - probably they are afraid of speaking English.

Review 21：The hotel was convenient for the sights we wanted to see. The room itself was very comfortable for a family of four. Breakfast was good (inc in room price, so can't complain). Bar fridge prices very reasonable.

Review 23：Typical 4 star hotel by european standard. Similar facility to courtyardby Marriott at state side. Spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms.Perfect location. Bus from otogar stops 150 yards from the hotel. Youcan to the main tourist attraction balikligol thru pleasant shoppingstreets. By the way the restaurant next door is excellent. Seems to oneof the best places to eat. A typical dinner costs what we pay for a bigmac meal in the states. You go to Harran easily yourself by dolmus,which leaves from otogar every half an hour (dolmus stop is in firstfloor. Take the esclator after entering the otogar hall). Whole triptakes half a day including travel time. You get off at the last stop.The harran ruins is across the street, you can't miss it. Once atthe ruin site you will see the cone houses at the other end of theruins. The old castle is also nearby.

Review 27：The location is central. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and quite well kept. Breakfast is more than sufficient. All in all, rather good value for the money.
Review 28：Absolutely no attention to tourist needs. Desk staff were totally indifferent and unhelpful. The usual demand for cash at the end of the stay. Breakfast hardly worth bothering about - go out instead. No guides or literature in the rooms. Wifi works best in the stairwells - be prepared to sit there for a while.
