Review 1：Bug feces in cabinets were plates were.. Spider webs in corners of walls, carpet stained, and over priced- made you feel like getting a deal when in the end got with house keeping fee- when house keeping did nothing and were not seen...air conditioning was hit and miss ... Would recommend going direct

Review 3：The rod on the shower curtain needs to be changed. And lord put a pad or something on the beds. They were very uncomfortable. I became ill when I got there. I left a day early never used anything in the kitchen

Review 11：Very close to pool and beach. The grounds were very nice and kept up well. Loved the complimentary beach lounge chairs and umbrella. Pool lounge chairs were very comfortable as well.
Review 12：The built in dishwasher fell out. I found one screw on the floor, and I screwed it in with a knife. It held there until we left. The vertical blinds were so messed up and one fell off the track, but my husband fixed it.
Review 13：The beach and pool were fabulous! Very convenient. The balcony was nice to have for coffee in the morning and wine at night. We liked have unlimited movie rentals.
Review 14：We did not receive the accomodations that we had booked. The accomodation did not have the privacy that we expected. We booked for a Queen bed in a seperate room but received a double bed in the living room.

Review 16：Green slime beach, stinking green slime beach. Too small accomodations, should limit to couples only. Too high priced for what you get. Gulf coast is getting too pricy for my pocket book. Crowds and traffic are becoming too much.

Review 20：It was very warm inside the elevator. Our condo was on the top floor so we had to ride longer than some, but it was noticeably warm and the air temp. was only in the 70's-80's while we were there.
Review 21：Beach front access to a clean and not overcrowded area of the beach. Regular Beach Patrol by Law officers. Short drive to restaurants, sea food mkt. and grocery. Condo had great kitchen/open family room with Gulf view. Staff was quickly responsive to minor appliance (t.v.) glitch.
Review 22：$200 cleaning fee that was not revealed until 2 days before check-in. Thought we were getting a great deal but turned out to more than expected. A/C in building 1 is 40 years old, wasn't cooling one night but was fixed the following nights

Review 35：I didn't like my room. Walls were full of patches of white sheet rock repair unpainted. The walls that were painted were hideous. Room smelled musty. Not kept up to date as the newer building. DVD player didn't work. Disappointing.

Review 37：Would have liked coffee filters in the room. Maybe some cleaning supplies to help keep tidy during my stay. Definitely no big deal though, I'd return to islander in a heartbeat.

Review 39：You could see the portalette from our room. The website said coastside view not restroom view. And construction was going on under and above our room. It wasn't quiet at all. There was no hot tub.
