Review 3：Air conditioning was turned off even though weather was very hot. Hotel was not prepared to deal with Western tourist interests such as providing maps, directions to museums or archaeological sites.

Review 6：The hotel has a grand look and feel and is a larger place than we usually stay in. It was clean, the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious, the location was great for seeing the local sights. My husband used the hammam, which he said was very clean. Although all of the staff was as helpful as they could be, given our limited Turkish, Omer, the one staff member who spoke English well, made our stay even more pleasant with his gentle, caring and helpful manner.
